A new poll by Politico/Morning Consult finds that 70% of Republicans do not believe the election held last week was “free and fair.”
Rosemarie Hartle voted in the 2020 election. But there was a small problem with that. Rosemarie Hartle died in 2017 of breast cancer, as her husband Kirk explained. The records show that the ballot was sent October 9 and returned the day before Election Day. Kirk Hartle explained that it never came to their house and he never returned it. Even more troubling? Nevada officials say that her signature on the ballot is a match to the one they have on record.
So why is this possibly indicative of a wider fraud? Hartle never got the ballot, yet it was returned with her signature matching the records. So you had to have someone not only have access to the ballot without it reaching her house and also have access to her signature. Who do you think that points to? I don’t know about you, but that screams someone in the board of elections. And if so, then does anyone really think that they are restricting it to only one person?
The modality of the BMD systems’ capacity to deprive voters of their cast votes without burden, long wait times, and insecurity regarding how their votes are actually cast and recorded in the unverified QR code makes the potential constitutional deprivation less transparently visible as well, at least until any portions of the system implode….
The Plaintiffs’ national cybersecurity experts convincingly present evidence that this is not a question of “might this actually ever happen?” – but “when it will happen,” especially if further protective measures are not taken. Given the masking nature of malware and the current systems described here, if the State and Dominion simply stand by and say, “we have never seen it,” the future does not bode well.
Still, this is year one for Georgia in implementation of this new BMD system as the first state in the nation to embrace statewide implementation of this QR barcode-based BMD system for its entire population. Electoral dysfunction – cyber or otherwise – should not be desired as a mode of proof. It may well land unfortunately on the State’s doorstep. The Court certainly hopes not.
Was this election rigged? According to precedents set by our State Department, the answer is “yes.”
OANN Chief White House correspondent Chanel Rion tweeted out an interesting tidbit of information that Americans, and even their own government, may find interesting.
Going to the State Department’s own website, we can see back in 2004 that our government was monitoring the Ukrainian elections and, after witnessing events that took place there, qualified the election as “rigged.” Why? Because Ukraine experienced a wave of oddities that mirror exactly what happened during the 2020 election here in America. Rion highlights the relevant part with a screenshot.
“Bottom Line: According to our own State Dept’s assessment of corrupt foreign elections, the 2020 US elections do not meet its own standards,” tweeted Rion.
What happened today, and what prompted Pilger to “quit” was that AG Barr said to US Attorneys – “If you have substantial allegations of election fraud in your district, you have authority to investigate that.” Basically, Barr cut Pilger and Election Crimes Branch out of the picture as “gatekeepers” to starting investigations in places like Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Detroit, and Atlanta. //
I worked with Pilger… He was so arrogant and never let us pull the trigger on election fraud cases. He resigned because of this right here… Barr told “prosecutors they could take investigative steps such as interviewing witnesses during a period that they would normally need permission from the elections crimes section.” Before Barr’s annoucement, that permission came directly and solely from Pilger. He was arrogant and lazy… He lost the power today so now he’s walking. Good riddance.
Confronted with evidence (which they – and the rest of the world – would be welcome to examine), reminded of their duty to their constituents, and empowered by Article II Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States, the legislators – particularly Republican legislators in the majority – will now have to make a decision.
- Do nothing, and acquiesce to the blatant and open disenfranchisement of their constituents,
- Order new elections with strong voter verification and ballot integrity measures,
- Allocate the state’s slate of electors per Congressional District in the state (as done in ME and NE), or,
- Discount the erring county’s tallies entirely and send a Republican slate of electors.
A Republic, if you can keep it, said Benjamin Franklin. That leaves no room for election theft.
Wayne County, Republican poll watchers were denied their legal right to monitor the election and purposely kept in the dark, both literally and figuratively. Election workers blocked windows and padlocked doors.
There are thousands of reports of poll watchers being intimidated and unable to do their job, and as of 4 pm this afternoon 131 affidavits have been completed just in Michigan, with over 2800 incident reports that have been submitted to us since Election Day.
None of this is being hidden. Some of it is on video. And the national media are reporting that this is usual, that it is common for a tranche of 20+ thousand ballots to arrive without a single dissenting vote among them.
This is being done to win an election, for sure. But the larger message is “your vote doesn’t matter.” They want people in states and counties controlled by Democrats to know that no matter how many people vote, the decision has already been made. That they are adhering to that policy attributed to Josef Stalin, “It’s not the people who vote that count, it’s the people who count the votes.”

The moment when Michigan counted 149,772 votes in 5 seconds and less than 6,000 of them were for Trump. @melisandrePro @APhilosophae @JackPosobiec
(check my work please - it's almost 3am)
Software glitch going on here in Virginia.
4.42am - "We've counted 3,368,181 votes!"
5.12am - "Wait, no, we've only counted 3,199,165 votes"
Even the unsuspecting states managed to lose (and find) 12K votes somehow (looking at you Arkansas, AR). I'm not sure if this is 'just to be expected' or whether it's down to more glitches. Whatever, the numbers for #Election2020 make no sense to me (and I see a lot of numbers)
Unpopular opinion round off.
I've always loved @JoeBiden, but didn't feel he was the right pick this time. Not 100% convinced @realDonaldTrump is.
Any party wanting democracy should be very concerned about what we've uncovered today.
And please do fact check the data, @jack

the Trump administration’s legal challenge — and his legal team has shown amazing resolve in revealing only little bits here and there — is starting to take shape, and it could put as many as 94 electoral college votes in play by some estimates. //
There are many angles the Trump administration could take based on anecdotal reports out of many states. In Michigan and Georgia there were problems with glitches in the vote counting software (Dominion, used in 28 states, which has its own interesting history I won’t get into here except to say in 2010 it bought the software named in a federal investigation into the 2004 recall election of Hugo Chavez in Venezuela). It should be noted, the Michigan county in question is disputing Dominion — used in almost all other Michigan counties — was the source of the glitch. Georgia, however, has four counties that experienced some kind of tech glitch, Spalding and Morgan counties, Gwinnett (which led to a delay counting absentee ballots), and Fulton (which led to people being asked to fill out provisional ballots). Fulton has also indicated a problem with their vote count reporting leading to a rescanning of some ballots. //
In Wisconsin, poll workers may have altered thousands of absentee ballots in violation of the law. And — get this — they made their illegal corrections in easily traceable red pen.
On Oct. 9 this year, Fred Stokes Jr. was mailed a ballot in Clark County, Nevada, for the upcoming presidential election just less than 30 days away. Three weeks later, the county confirmed the ballot’s receipt on Halloween and marked it off as “completed.” There remained only one problem with Stokes’ absentee ballot counted on the fall holiday: Fred Stokes Jr. had been dead for three years.
Hemingway also criticized the decisions by leftist outlets to call states for Biden while votes remain to be counted and legal challenges from the Trump campaign play out in key battlegrounds. //
When media claim there’s no evidence of any problem, when there clearly is, Hemingway said, it only further corrodes trust in the least accountable institution of American governance.
“There’s a reason why France banned mail-in balloting in 1975, why the New York Times used to say that mail-in balloting was ripe for fraud, why Jerry Nadler, a Democratic leader used to say mail-in balloting is really bad if you care about election integrity,” Hemingway pointed out.
If all the evidence of voter fraud is not investigated and properly accounted for, half of America will fervently believe that the election is a fraud no matter who ultimately wins.
None of this is proof the Democrats didn’t win the election, even if it strongly suggests illegal and undemocratic activity in states across the union. But it is a naked corporate attempt to exert control over what is happening in the United States. If just one thing, remember this: Corporations don’t get to pick our president—and they don’t decide our elections.
Donald Trump’s entire presidency is an affront to the media. His victory was an assertion that they are not in charge, we are. That’s why they hate him; that’s why they have to destroy him; and that’s what this power grab is about. It isn’t an election result, it is media elites reminding the people who is really in charge, and who gets to make the rules.
Judges who obtained their positions by fraud, according to an indictment, have denied the Trump campaign's ballot-watchers access, providing crucial unsupervised time to Democrat vote counters.
What America voters witnessed over the last three months was the Socialist Democrat Party’s attempt at Voter Suppression, in order to try to convince and mislead voters to believe that it would be hopeless to vote for President Trump,
