What’s So Important About 1 County?
Arizona was key to Biden’s victory in 2020. A Washington Post analysis showed that flipping 43,000 votes across three states—Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin—likely would have changed the outcome of the presidential contest.
Without carrying Maricopa County by a significant margin, Biden would not have carried Arizona.
Maricopa County, the state’s most populous county and second-largest voting jurisdiction, was key to Biden’s victory in traditionally Republican-leaning Arizona. The county has 4.4 million residents; the county seat is also the state capital, Phoenix.
In 2016, Maricopa County narrowly went for Trump in 2016 over Democrat Hillary Clinton. In 2020, it went for Biden over Trump by a significant amount.
Trump increased his vote total in Maricopa by almost 250,000 votes compared with four years earlier. However, Biden’s vote tally exceeded Clinton’s performance by about 337,000, according to research by the Foundation for Government Accountability.
Reflecting on the Jim Crow era, Cruz noted that “Jim Crow legislation was grotesque and ugly” before lowering the boom on Democrats, reminding them as to the specifics of who passed the legislation, why it was passed, and how the “For the People” act – which Cruz described as the “Corrupt Politicians” act, was a modern-day version of it – also written by Democrats and designed to keep them in power.
Jim Crow laws were the type of “legislation that was drafted without exception by Democratic politicians,” Cruz correctly pointed out. “Jim Crow was written by Democratic politicians, and its purpose, when the Jim Crow laws were written were to prevent the voters from ever voting out of office Democratic politicians.”
“Thankfully,” Cruz observed, “we repudiated Jim Crow.”
That repudiation included the repudiation of its current manifestation, Cruz went on to state.
“The Majority Leader used the phrase ‘Jim Crow 2.0,’ and inadvertently he’s right, but not about what he’s describing. He’s right about the ‘Corrupt Politicians’ act. The ‘Corrupt Politicians’ act follows the exact same pattern that Jim Crow did. It is partisan legislation written by elected Democrats, designed to keep elected Democrats in office and to steal the right to vote from the citizenry to decide on somebody else.”
John Solomon’s site “Just The News” has obtained what is said to be a 29-page memorandum prepared by an Atlanta firm called “Seven Hills Strategies” (SHS) which identified — in real-time — problems observed by representatives of the firm as it provided logistical support to Fulton County election workers on Election Day 2020 and the days following. The memo is written in the form of a timeline of events and observations as they happened, laid out in chronological sequence, with the date and time entries of the events described. //
Let me begin with this caution: I cannot vouch for the authenticity of this document. It surprised me — to put it mildly — that this document exists, yet has remained secret for this long. Until its provenance is better known, and we know more about the company that created it, I would say let’s be interested in its contents, but not adopt them uncritically without more information about where it came from. //

If Raffensberger's change in attitude two weeks ago is related to this document, it's only because he realized two weeks ago that John Solomon was onto him about it. In other words... his attitude changed because he got caught. He has had this document since November 12th.
Thirteen states made election-related news last week, as the interest is growing among Americans about continuing reports of election irregularities, seeping into the public consciousness. And that doesn’t count many miscellaneous reports that cross state lines. Revelations about election machines containing SQL code, missing absentee ballot custody documentation, and The Hologram’s attorney general gearing up to potentially interfere in state-run audits have resulted in more people paying attention than ever before. The Democrat-media complex would like to see this all go away, but that’s not going to happen any time soon.
Let’s examine what has been reported in each of the states. The miscellaneous section at the end bears a careful reading, too. //
It’s almost comical reading this 2018 NYT article entitled “The Crisis of Election Security” in 2021.
Look at how they argued that every voting machine in the country is vulnerable to hackers and suffers “significant security problems” with many voting machines connected to the internet “by way of the modems they use to transmit vote totals on election night”.
Or how hackers can access “back-end election-management systems – used to program the voting machines and tally votes”.
They even discussed how a few “well connected private companies” wield immense control over “proprietary software” that controls our entire voting system.
And that the country has never really done a forensic audit of our elections in modern time so we won’t really know what is going on until we do. “How did our election system get so vulnerable, and why haven’t officials tried harder to fix it?”
I agree, why aren’t all state legislatures doing forensic audits like Arizona? //
The latest analysis reveals the following illegal votes found by swing state compared to the alleged margin of “victory” for Biden:
Arizona: 254,722 illegal votes/10,457 margin of victory
Georgia: 601,130/11,779
Michigan: 446,803/154,818
Nevada: 220,008/33,596
Pennsylvania: 991,467/81,660
Wisconsin: 553,872/20,682 //
Here is some good advice from election expert Dr. Frank (from “Follow the Data with Dr. Frank” on Telegram):
Once people understand what has happened to our elections they are understandably angry, and they want to know what to do. 1) Tell all your friends that their elections have been hacked; 2) Demand that your local elections are secured by going back to paper. If your local elections people deny the request, then replace them with someone who will actually do their job and secure your vote; 3) Paper rolls, paper ballots, in-person with photo ID and signature, one day, no one knows anything until the polls close, hand count after, transparent and publicly auditable reporting at every level; 4) No mail in ballots except for military and invalids. Simple, cheap, fast, safe. People have fought and died so that we can have the right and privilege of voting. We must redeem their sacrifices. Now, it is our turn to fight.
Texas lawmakers passed a law restricting use of private money for election administration almost two months after research showed that at least $36 million in grants financed by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg had the potential to alter the state’s political landscape dramatically.
Though prompted by the Zuckerberg grants, the new Texas law likely will prevent a flood of private money from multiple sources to pay for running future elections, the sponsor of the measure told The Daily Signal.
“Unless we get it stopped, I think we would have seen money coming in from many sources,” state Rep. Phil King, a Republican, said in a phone interview. “Uncontrolled, dark money of this nature is just very, very ripe for corruption.”
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, signed the bill into law June 12.
I just signed a law banning "Zuckerbucks" in Texas.
It bans private groups like the one supported by Zuckerberg from spending millions to administer elections like Zuckerberg & others did in Texas.
That is a government function not to be messed with by election influencers.
— Greg Abbott (@GregAbbott_TX) June 12, 2021
Texas became the seventh state so far to pass restrictions on private money going to election administration. The others are Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, and Tennessee, according to the Foundation for Government Accountability, a watchdog group that monitors the issue. //
Zuckerberg contributed $350 million to the nonprofit Center for Tech and Civic Life, which distributed the grants to local jurisdictions in Texas and 48 other states to run elections in 2020.
Some Texas counties flipped from red in 2016 to blue in 2020, according to the report. Tarrant County went to Trump in 2016 but flipped to Biden in 2020, with a 43% increase in Democratic votes compared with Trump’s jump of 18%.
Biden also flipped Hays County (the Austin metropolitan area) and Williamson County, with raw vote increases between 70% and 80%.
The Center for Tech and Civic Life gave between $36 million and at least $39 million from the Zuckerbergs to Texas jurisdictions, according to varying accounts.
Democrats are focused like a laser beam on passing a federal takeover of the voting system. In case you haven’t been taking notes, it’s completely out of bounds to question the veracity of our current election system — unless you want to mandate ballot harvesting, outlaw voter ID, and make mail-in voting universal across the country. Then, it’s totally cool to suggest our current elections aren’t free and fair. //

Our polling indicates 51%, a majority of U.S. likely voters, believe cheating impacted the 2020 election results, up from 47% just after the November election. Legacy media spends 24/7 demonizing any questioning of the 2020 results. Public trust in them is demonstrated below - //
Arizona has historically been a Republican state.
Since WWII, it has only voted for a Democrat twice, 1948 and 1996. Maricopa has not voted for the Democrat since 1948.
John Kerry added 118,166 votes in Maricopa in 2004.
Barack Obama added 97,677 votes in Maricopa in 2008.
Hillary Clinton added 100,619 votes in Maricopa in 2016.
Joe Biden added 337,867 votes in Maricopa in 2020.
Biden won Arizona by 10,457 votes so if 0.5% of the 2.1 million ballots in Maricopa are illegal or invalid ballots for Biden then you have a state for the first time in the history of the United States that would have been wrongfully awarded in the American electoral college. //
“AZ still has over 21k “Federal Only voters” who cannot prove they are a citizen or that they even exist. They are not in the MVD system and all they need is a bank statement (easily doctored) to get a ballot. This will need to be addressed at the Federal level, and I have been working to make this more known for some time. This is the next thing that needs an audit, and voter intimidation is a flimsy excuse not to do it.” //
Approximately 3,000 mail-in ballots counted in the Nov. 3 election were supposedly cast by UCSB [CA] students residing in a voting precinct that, along with other dorm buildings, includes the Francisco Torres/Santa Catalina Residence Hall at 6850 El Colegio Road in Goleta.
Problem: Due to COVID-19, the Torres Building, which normally accommodates 1,300 students, was empty and locked down through most of 2020, as were all other UCSB dorms.
This means no students/voters were residing inside the Torres Building (nor any of the other dorms) during the election season.
It also means these ballots were fraudulent.
That’s because there’s a second problem: These ballots could not legally have been forwarded to students where they were actually living.
Why not?
Because forwarding ballots to alternative addresses is a felony. //
One final reminder: the AZ audit is NOT the “gold standard” for audits, as previously reported here. “Based on economic and time constraints (due in part to the aggressive resistance against any meaningful election audit), the Maricopa audit is a partial forensics audit. Based on the Statement of Work, we’d estimate that it is 75% of an FFA [full forensic audit].”
To Matt Masterson, the review of 2020 ballots from Maricopa County, Ariz., that's underway is "performance art" or "a clown show," and definitely "a waste of taxpayer money."
But it's not an audit.
"It's an audit in name only," says Masterson, a former Department of Homeland Security official who helped lead the federal government's election security preparations leading up to November's election. "It's a threat to the overall confidence of democracy, all in pursuit of continuing a narrative that we know to be a lie."
By lie, he means the assertion from former President Donald Trump and some of his allies that election fraud cost him a second term in the White House.
And, Masterson says, the strategy chosen by the Arizona's Republican state Senate leaders is working as intended to undermine confidence in the outcome of last year's vote.
The process is a simple exercise in how disinformation spreads and takes hold in 2021. And experts fear it presents a blueprint for other states and lawmakers to follow, one that is already showing signs of being emulated across the country. //
Private "audit" efforts are now sprouting in other swing states like Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin.
"The incentive structure that has been created is one in which so far we've seen zero accountability for lying and pushing these narratives," Masterson, the former DHS official, said. "We don't see anyone really, truly being held accountable."
Of 47 nations surveyed in Europe—a place where, on other matters, American progressives often look to with envy—all but one country requires a government-issued photo voter ID to vote. The exception is the UK, and even there voter IDs are mandatory in Northern Ireland for all elections and in parts of England for local elections. Moreover, Boris Johnson’s government recently introduced legislation to have the rest of the country follow suit. //
74 percent of European countries entirely ban absentee voting for citizens who reside domestically. Another 6 percent limit it to those hospitalized or in the military, and they require third-party verification and a photo voter ID. Another 15 percent require a photo ID for absentee voting. //
Similarly, government-issued photo IDs are required to vote by 33 nations in the 37-member Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, which has considerable European overlap. Only the UK, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia currently do not require IDs. Of those outliers: //
In some countries, even driver’s licenses aren’t considered authoritative enough forms of voter identity verification. The Czech Republic and Russia require passports or military-issued IDs and others use national identity cards. Others go even further: Colombia and Mexico each require a biometric ID to cast a ballot. //
Mexico in 1991 mandated voter photo IDs with biometric information, banned absentee ballots, and required in-person voter registration. Despite making registration much more difficult and banning absentee ballots, voter participation rates rose after Mexico implemented the new rules. In the three presidential elections following the 1991 reforms, an average of 68 percent of the eligible citizens voted, compared with only 59 percent in the three elections prior to the rule changes. Seemingly, as people gained faith in the electoral process, they became more likely to vote.
Additionally, the plaintiff attorney, Bob Cheely, handling the election integrity lawsuit, confirms the county security lapse is a direct violation of a court order requiring the ballots to be protected and secured at all times. Cheely will be filing two motions of contempt against the Fulton County officials for their refusal to uphold the court order requiring 24/7 security. Apparently there are also some CCTV cameras and the plaintiffs will be asking for the footage.
In an interview with CreativeDestructionMedia attorney Bob Cheely notes the security issue is a particular concern because Fulton County officials had previously requested that privately contracted security, off-duty police officers paid by the plaintiff, had to be moved out of the parking lot because employees of the county did not feel comfortable.
[The implication here is the Atlanta government workers were primarily black, perhaps participants in the originating fraud that is evidenced within the ballots, and they used the BLM justification against police (racism, feel threatened, etc) to remove the security]

As far as how this is remedied when the audit's results are fully published across these states, it may be far more of a punishment in terms of consequences for the Democrats in the 2022 and 2024 elections than Trump having won 2020 ever could have been.
And there is a mechanism for fixing this: the House should elect Trump as Speaker starting Jan 3, 2023 and demand the resignation of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris no later than Jan 4, 2023 on pain of impeachment of both, with the Senate following through on both with convictions no later than Jan 19, 2023. Due to the law of presidential succession, Speaker Trump would automatically assume the presidency upon their conviction. enabling Trump to serve until Jan 20, 2025. If the Senate cannot muster 67 votes, then we'll just have to wait until 2024, when Trump would have a chance at 4 more years instead of just 2.

@EmeraldRobinson
This is a picture is that the attorney provided of the door left open at the supposedly secure building were the ballots are being kept.
Let’s start this update with signs of panic in the Democrat-media complex, as no matter how hard they try, they will never suppress the deeply held suspicions by many Americans about the lack of integrity of the 2020 election. For example, in a recent Ipsos/Reuters poll whose results were released on 21 May:
“56% of Republicans believe the election was rigged or the result of illegal voting, and 53% think Donald Trump is the actual President, not Joe Biden. Only 30% of Republicans feel confident that absentee or mail-in ballots were accurately counted, compared to 86% of Democrats and 55% of independent.
I would wager that this poll is about as “accurate” as the election polls, too, in that the Republican numbers are in reality much higher while lower percentages of Democrats and independents believe mail-in ballots were “accurately counted.” And NOBODY believes that The Hologram received 81 million legal votes! //
Conclusion. It sure does seem like there is a lot happening after “the most secure election in US history,” doesn’t it? The legacy media continue to carry water for Democrats by not investigating or covering any of this other than to disparage the Arizona audit, but the above may explain why the likes of Rachel Maddow and Chris Cuomo are getting emotional on the subject! Stay tuned.
Back in 2016, then candidate Hillary Clinton got almost 3 million more popular votes than the Electoral College winner, Donald Trump.
In 2020, Trump gained more popular votes as a sitting president than any of his predecessors. Trump also received the highest percentage of non-white votes than any GOP candidate since Richard Nixon in 1960.
Despite those statistics, Trump (allegedly) still lost to Biden by a little over 7 million votes.
Or did he?
As the graphic at the top reveals, Biden's nearly 4.2 million vote improvement in Margin of Victory (MOV) appears to be remarkably similar to the decrease (4.3 million) in WIMP over the same period.
Is this just another one of many numerical coincidences that keep popping up in the 2020 election results that points to tabulation (adjudication) problems in the election system -- or did Libertarians, Greens, and others just decide to vote for Biden?
Evidence points to the former
Despite an increase in nationwide voter turnout of over 30 million in 2020, there were three times fewer write-in votes than in 2016. The numbers don't make sense, especially when you consider that Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Wisconsin relegated the Green Party to write-in status in the Presidential contest. To be clear, we should have seen an increase in write-in votes.
On Friday, a Georgia State Court Judge ruled that approximately 145,000 absentee ballots cast and counted in Fulton County, Georgia, must be copied and turned over for inspection to Plaintiffs in lawsuits brought in the aftermath of the outcome of the November 2020 presidential election contest in Georgia.
Friday’s decision came in a lawsuit filed by nine plaintiffs, including Garland Favorito, a Fulton resident and self-styled election watchdog. It’s one of more than 30 Georgia lawsuits stemming from the November presidential election and the January runoff for the U.S. Senate. Some of the lawsuits are still winding their way through the courts.
Back on December 5 of last year, I wrote about a lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign in Georgia state court challenging the outcome of the Presidential election contest in Georgia (see Trump Campaign Files Georgia Election Contest in Fulton County Court).
This lawsuit was separate from the ones filed in federal court by Lin Wood and Sydney Powell. The Campaign’s lawsuit being focused on allegations that tens of thousands of invalid votes had been unlawfully counted in favor of Joe Biden. //
What actually happened in the lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign was exactly as predicted in my two articles — no judge was assigned in a timely manner, the Campaign was never given access to the evidence in the hands of the state election officials, and the Electoral College met and cast its votes while the lawsuit was pending. There could have been 2 million, illegally-cast ballots in Georgia, but if the state courts and election officials simply stalled the process for an election contest lawsuit to proceed, nothing was going to happen.
Judge Amero has ordered that high-resolution copies be made of the 145,000 absentee ballots, while the originals will remain in the custody of election officials. But the copies should allow the plaintiffs to look for certain kinds of possible irregularities such as whether any ballots were machine marked and then copied in large numbers. Mailed-in absentee ballots should all be hand-marked by the voter. //
Raffensperger adopted this conciliatory tone, only after his office opposed the effort by the Plaintiffs to gain access to the mail-in ballots counted in Fulton County.
It is worth noting that the infamous telephone call between President Trump and Raffensperger was part of a “confidential settlement discussion” over the state court lawsuit brought by the Campaign that I referenced above. Raffensperger now applauds the effort to examine the vote-counting in Fulton County, based on a “longstanding history of election mismanagement”, but had no interest in doing so during the call with President Trump, wherein he denied there was any reason for such an examination or investigation.
The media and Democrats claimed that in this call, Pres. Trump was urging Raffensperger to “find” more Trump votes to overcome the 11,000 vote deficit that decided the election.
That was false.
What Pres. Trump was urging Raffensperger to do was to “find” 11,000 invalid votes that had been included in Biden’s vote total in the state — his margin of victory. The lawsuit alleged such invalid votes were cast and counted, and that an investigation by Raffensperger — part of the mandate of his office — would reveal that to be true. Pres. Trump was calling on Raffensperger to conduct that investigation.
The results are in from last night’s referendum on Gov. Tom Wolf’s tyrannical COVID orders. In both cases on the ballot the votes to limit the power of future “emergency orders” passed, putting a constitutional barrier between petty Democrats who seek to weaponize “the science” instead of doing what’s legal and logical.
apparently, the Queen of Great Britain is racist, too, because, according to the Guardian, she’s about to announce tomorrow that photo ID will be required to vote in general elections in order to tackle fraud. Now, the Queen is announcing it, but it’s part of a broader election reform effort and laws that will be passed in their next parliamentary session. Voter IDs would be available through local councils, but people would have to apply for them with some time before polls open. The changes would affect UK-wide and English elections. Voters in Northern Ireland already have to show identification in order to vote.
According to the Guardian, in addition to the requirement about photo ID, their election reforms are putting a limit on the number of postal votes that can be handed in on behalf of others. Translation: they don’t like ballot harvesting any more than we Republicans do.
This might be the understatement of the year:

@EmeraldRobinson
Democrats are really worried about the Arizona audit because Democrats know what they did.
And here is why. The inimitable Ray Blehar, a retired senior DoD analyst, has just completed a top-level analysis of the Maricopa County results. You may recall that he identified irregularities associated with “missing” write-in and minor party ballots in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and nationally that he believes were manually adjudicated to provide The Hologram’s margin of victory, as previously reported at Redstate here. His key findings in Maricopa are earth-shaking:
- Two massive vote dumps occurred in just over an hour after the Arizona polls closed totally ~625,000 and ~1,473,000 votes, respectively.
- The total of those two vote dumps (2,098,619) exceeded the official results total of Maricopa County votes cast (2,089,563) by more than 9,000 votes.
- Biden received more votes in those two vote dumps (1,161,582) than the official vote tally (1,040,774) in Maricopa County. (Was this the reason for that suspicious fire?)
- Those dumps could only have been absentee ballot early voting results that were counted legally in the two weeks before Election Day, as late-arriving absentee ballots and election day in-person voting results could not possibly have been included in those two dumps uploaded just over an hour after the polls closed.
- Those vote dumps were time-stamped making it impossible that those dumps came from any county other than Maricopa, as no other Arizona county delivered more than 525,000 votes, and any two or more counties necessary to contribute to either of those dumps would have had to time their uploads down to the second (an impossibility).
- In-person voting in Maricopa County on Election Day totaled 167,000 votes cast, per multiple sources (here and here); how were those in-person votes accounted for when the two early voter dumps identified above already exceeded the official number of votes cast in the county?
the activist organization People for the American Way has filed an information request in order to obtain all of the communications which might be behind the decision to allow only Fox News to broadcast the signing.
“We filed this FOIA request because the people of Florida deserve to know the rationale behind DeSantis’s actions, including the reasons why other press were excluded from the event,” PFAW President Ben Jealous added. “We, and they, could make a pretty good guess, but we’d rather just know the facts.”. //
To further the implied, but never detailed, illegalities we get this quote from a division of the PFAW: “The people of Florida have a right to know if their governor is deliberately using his office for a self-serving publicity stunt at the same time he is signing away his constituents’ constitutional rights,” said Stan Adele, the director of the group’s Right Wing Watch project.
It is revealing to note that the PFAW — a group started by Hollywood hyper-leftist Norman Lear — does not have a Left Wing Watch project.
Notable in all the venomous coverage of the law is that the intentions of the voters are never mentioned. While we hear “opponents” call this voter suppression, we do not get notification from these same minds that numerous polls have shown there is wide support for voter ID laws among the citizens. Almost appears that most of those opposing are either Democrat politicians or members of the media.
There is no suppression going on of anyone’s votes anywhere in the country. Anyone who says otherwise is just making it up.
The Census Bureau’s recent release of its 2020 election survey of voters clearly demonstrates that those who have been claiming, without justification or evidence, that we have been experiencing a wave of so-called voter suppression have a lot of explaining to do. //
Instead, the Census Bureau reports that the turnout in last year’s election was 66.8%—just short of the record turnout of 67.7% of voting-age citizens for the 1992 election. It beat the turnout in President Barack Obama’s first election, which was reported as 63.6% by the bureau. //
So you mean to say that with the Trump administration running the Justice Department, Hispanic turnout actually jumped up 6 percentage points in 2020? Doesn’t sound very anti-democratic or anti-American to me.
What does sound anti-democratic and anti-American is trying to scare and manipulate the general public with fabricated stories about “voter suppression.”
