Many would have us believe that the riots and violence sweeping across America’s cities this year are spontaneous. But the evidence tells us otherwise.
Two more high-profile Black police chiefs announced this week that they plan to step down amid protest unrest, spurring more questions about whether Black Lives Matter is hurting rather than helping Black Americans.
"Poverty and discrimination are all but nonexistent today..."
White guilt is the root of a lot of the trouble you see on TV. //
The Daily Wire recently had on Candace Owens who addressed this very idea:
Systemic racism “is not at all an obstacle to black Americans today,” Owens said. “There is no systemic racism. There is no law. There is nothing that says I cannot do something as a black person that you can do, so it’s completely false. What we’re really talking about is the fact that people want to absolve themselves of personal responsibility, and we’re being helped.
“If there is anything that is systemic in America today, it is white guilt. It’s been institutionalized, it’s been politicized, politicians [and] white people feeling bad for themselves and therefore allowing people – allowing black people and white people alike – you know, Antifa and Black Lives Matter to run around and act like toddlers, right?” Owens continued. “There is an emotional immaturity that is happening in black America, and it is spawned by the education system which shapes you from the time you are in kindergarten to believe that because you are black, you can’t in America. When you keep telling a child over and over again they can’t because-, they won’t, right? They will begin to believe in their own futility.” //
The same values and habits that make white people the majority of the middle class are the same that any race can take advantage of. The difference comes from a culture that the black community was pushed into with programs that encourage the dissolution of the nuclear family unit and reliance on welfare. //

Teaching equal protection under the law is now called "defending White America" //
To call this whole line of training anything but brainwashing and pernicious trash designed to heighten racial tensions and divisiveness requiring still more diversity workshops would be an understatement. //
One of the things that the BLM movement (and no, there is really no difference between the “movement” and the Marxist, anti-family, anti-Christian organization) has drawn a spotlight on is critical race theory, and on Friday, President Trump barred federal agencies from using critical race theory as any part of their “diversity” training grift (READ Trump Orders Purge of ‘Critical Race Theory’ From Federal Agencies: What It Is & Why Trump’s Order Matters).
The howling that resulted from shutting off the flow of federal money to race-hustlers and grifters shows the level of the problem. //
I think President Trump rightly thinks there are many, many more Americans who believe that America, on balance, is a wonderful country and they are truly pissed off at BLM and its Antifa stormtroopers trying to stoke a race/class civil war. Most Americans don’t believe you are inherently anything based on your race and reject the idea out of hand. There is literally no downside to President Trump doing this. No one who believes in this claptrap is going to vote for Trump in the first place, but a lot of people who have experienced this ritualized bigotry will. //
It is RACISM pretending to be "anti-racist" or "reverse racism" which can't exist since the reverse of racism is NO racism, not more of its mirror image.
"I call on President Trump to immediately issue an executive order..."
Spending taxpayer money on this stuff has always been a joke. //
President Trump has apparently had enough of seeing taxpayer money wasted on things like teaching critical race theory and white privilege at the federal level. Numerous agencies have previously paid obscene amounts of money to race hustlers to come in and tell them how racist they are. That’s coming to an end, and it’s something that never should have gotten started. //
Each person should be treated as an individual and each person should be responsible for any evil in their hearts. But nobody’s tax money should be blown paying faux academics to peddle damaging nonsense about white privilege and “subconscious bias” or the like.
Right on target...
Where is the outcry for THIS Black life? //
I Yam What I Yam

This is so sad. When will Democrats speak up for this black man? You march, protest and riot over scum but don’t for someone like 62yr old Edward James who was fatally shot at his Brooklyn church... at his Church! SMDH https://nypost.com/2020/08/31/62-year-old-caretaker-fatally-shot-at-his-brooklyn-church/
Did Edward James’s life matter?
More to the point, did Edward James’s Black life matter? Did his Black life matter to Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and the Democrat Party? Did his Black life matter to CNN, MSNBC, and the New York Times?
Did Edward James’s Black life matter to Black Lives Matter?

Black Lives Matter*
*Only when ended by blue lives. //
Where is the outcry for this Black man?
Where is the outcry in New York City, where black-on-black murder has skyrocketed, as I reported in early August, while Emperor Bill de Blasio cluelessly continues to fiddle?
Where is the outcry in Chicago, as murder of Blacks by other Blacks races out of control, as I reported in early July, while hapless Mayor Lori Lightfoot blames the blood in the streets on COVID?
Where is the outcry in Detroit, where Donald Trump in June said the murder rate “is higher than El Salvador, Guatemala, or even Afghanistan”?
The answer to all four question is there is no outcry. There never was. And there never will be.
"How can I help you officer?" "Yes sir." "No Sir." "Thank you." An approach to avoid ending up dead. //
Leonydus has 10 more examples, all in 2019, two of whom were women. All were white, all were unarmed, and all of whom were killed by police action. He has photos of almost every person killed.
The point is not that the police use of deadly force was justified in each instance — in some it was not.
The point is that police use of deadly force is situational and rarely “racist.” Plenty of white people die at the hands of police officers every year — justified and unjustified — but no one burns down buildings, loots businesses, and attacks the police over it.
The cries of “racism” are just a rallying cry of a social cause unrelated to police activity. It’s always been about identity politics — the advocates have simply found a reservoir of “white guilt” that allows them to co-opt educated middle class liberal white voters.
Most of my colleagues crossed the U.S. border with barely a glance. Why was I usually detained and harassed?
Alice Johnson is just one of those reasons. //
there’s the inconvenient fact that Alice Johnson exists — a Black woman who served time in prison for a first-time drug offense, and is now free and pardoned by the President of the United States himself. If anyone should feel downtrodden and victimized, it’s Johnson. But instead of railing against the sexist and racist man in the White House, she told Fox News on Friday she “[doesn’t] believe President Trump is a racist”:
“The people who are saying this don’t even know President Trump,” she said. “I don’t believe President Trump is a racist. My interactions with him and the things that he said and the things that I know touches his heart, those things would not come from a racist man.”
Johnson’s voice is just one of many, along with the others within Pres. Trump’s administration and in Congress, like Secretary Ben Carson and Sen. Tim Scott, and personal friends like Herschel Walker. Convincing the American people he’s racist or sexist is going to be a tough sell come November.
Do it! //
Banks is introducing a bill called the “Support Peaceful Protest Act” meant to penalize people who are caught committing violence, looting or vandalism. If people are convicted it would require them also to have to pay for the things like the extra police time required to deal with the riot.
Banks believes many of the people are unemployed and basically are able to riot because they’re being supported by unemployment. So why should we be paying for their ability to riot? Pull their unemployment and watch how many of these folks scurry away when it hits them where they live.
Can you imagine the triggering this would cause on the left and the huge gnashing of teeth?
If you are pushing this, you've already made the other side's point.
Jacob Blake's conduct burned down parts of his home town and got two people killed.
A total beatdown.
But black lives matter? //
there’s a real reason to this kind of destruction and it was clear the street lights were purposely targeted with the effort to take them out. They want to bankrupt the cities they do this to, so they have to cut back on police and services, thus contributing to even more chaos, thus helping their cause.
So how does any of this help black lives?
The media are now offended if you don't sufficiently trash the country. //

Says a white woman -- "America is not a racist country" (Nikki Haley) //
That a political “analyst” in 2020 could still not know that Nikki Haley is Indian is pretty astonishing. But the need to quickly call someone “white” in an attempt to discredit them for making a true statement is perhaps more ridiculous than possibly just being ignorant of Haley’s background. Even if she were white, so what? The country itself is not racist, though there will always be individuals who hold prejudices. //
This idea that an entire country must be damned because of the actions of a few is dangerous, destructive rhetoric. It causes divisions that can’t even be reconciled. When you’ve got one side decrying the nation as irredeemable, what is the other side supposed to do with that? Yet, that warped view of the most free nation on earth has overtaken the Democratic party. That’s what Republicans are up against in 2020, and while the media may not like it, it needs to be pointed out over and over.
