The automatic disconnection for TN system is achieved by overcurrent protective devices or RCDs
In this system all exposed and extraneous-conductive-parts of the installation are connected directly to the earthed point of the power supply by protective conductors.
As noted in Definition of standardised earthing schemes, the way in which this direct connection is carried out depends on whether the TN-C, TN-S, or TN-C-S method of implementing the TN principle is used. In Figure F18 the method TN-C is shown, in which the neutral conductor acts as both the Protective-Earth and Neutral (PEN) conductor. In all TN systems, any insulation fault to earth results in a phase to neutral short-circuit. High fault current levels allow to use overcurrent protection but can give rise to touch voltages exceeding 50 % of the phase to neutral voltage at the fault position during the short disconnection time.
In practice for utility distribution network, earth electrodes are normally installed at regular intervals along the protective conductor (PE or PEN) of the network, while the consumer is often required to install an earth electrode at the service entrance.
In his 2018 book, Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends, Schweizer exposed an alarmingly large number of other tight connections the McConnell family has to the Chinese Communist Party. //
The Inspector general’s report that Elaine Chao used U.S. government resources to handle purely private matters relating to China—including putting federal employees at the disposal of her father James—ought to give new life to Schweizer’s shocking allegations.
As Breitbart reported way back in 2018, every single one has been confirmed by at least one major mainstream media outlet.
However, the media could have ended Mitch McConnell’s political career years ago had they chosen to give his troubling family and financial ties to China the same kind of blanket coverage they routinely devoted to unsubstantiated rumors and other, by comparison, less than trivial matters concerning Donald Trump.
Heck, McConnell probably would have been finished had CNN and the rest given any of this stuff the same level of attention they gave to Trump’s eating a second scoop of ice cream for dessert.
I wonder why they didn’t bother?
Back in February 2013, Fox’s James Rosen asked the State Department’s Victoria Nuland if the Obama Administration had been holding secret talks with Iran. Nuland denied it. //
So later in the year after it became obvious that that was in fact a lie and that they had been holding secret talks, Rosen asked then State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki about it.
QUESTION: Is it the policy of the State Department, where the preservation or the secrecy of secret negotiations is concerned, to lie in order to achieve that goal?
MS. PSAKI: James, I think there are times where diplomacy needs privacy in order to progress. This is a good example of that. . . //
Fox then later discovered that exchange between Psaki and Rosen then mysteriously edited out from the video on the State Department’s official website and Youtube channel. Eight minutes including that part and other comments on the Iran Deal were replaced with a white-flash effect.
The Obama Administration initially denied it was deliberate, blaming it on a “glitch.” But they later were forced to admit that the very same day of the comments, a video editor got a call from a State Department official to eliminate that portion of the briefing from the video. //
But the ACLJ, through their FOIA efforts in the whole matter, were able to discover an email from Jen Psaki with information relevant to the lie about Iran and when the secret negotiations actually started. But it’s so redacted it’s hard to tell what it says. So the ACLJ is requesting an unreacted version. The Biden State Department is refusing to turn it over, claiming security reasons.
Now a federal judge has ordered that the Biden State Department has to turn it over to the court by March 12, 2021.
In this type of system:
- The installation is isolated from earth, or the neutral point of its power-supply source is connected to earth through a high impedance (commonly 1500 Ω or more)
- All exposed and extraneous-conductive-parts are earthed via an installation earth electrode.
The basic feature of IT earthing system is that, in the event of a fault between phases and earth, the system can continue to operate without interruption. Such a fault is referred to as a “first fault”.
The first fault current value depends on the neutral impedance (if any) and on downstream network capacitances (cables, filtering, leakage…). The first fault current Id should be low enough to meet the rule Id. RA ≤ 50 V, so that no dangerous fault voltages can occur.
The system may be allowed to operate normally until it is convenient to isolate the faulty section for repair work. This enhances continuity of service.
In practice, IT system requires certain specific measures for its satisfactory exploitation:
- Permanent monitoring of the insulation with respect to earth, which must signal (audibly or visually) the occurrence of the first fault
- A device for limiting the voltage which the neutral point of the supply transformer can reach with respect to earth
- A “first-fault” location routine by an efficient maintenance staff. Fault location is greatly facilitated by automatic devices which are currently available.
- Automatic high-speed tripping of appropriate circuit breakers must take place in the event of a “second fault” occurring before the first fault is repaired. The second fault (by definition) is an earth fault affecting a different live conductor than that of the first fault (can be a phase or neutral conductor on systems where the neutral is distributed, see Figure F39 ).
Knowledge truly is power and book burning/book banning is reducing the power of humanity in ways that many don’t understand. How much knowledge have we lost over the course of centuries because we lost the books that contained that knowledge? What kind of civilization would we have now if recorded history went back far past our current reckoning? What medicines, technologies, medicines, etc. were lost as a result? What lessons could we have learned?
We cannot allow the banning to continue. It costs humanity too much.
What gives Congress the right to think they can control me or you? What makes Congress think that they need to “protect” me or you?
Finally, why does government assume that they are even capable of controlling or protecting anyone?
If this pandemic has proven anything, it’s that government intervention and overreach creates more train wrecks and problems than it ever solves. Government’s draconian interference through deceptive legislation and lawsuits serve to blow up the very foundations that make us productive, safe, and free, leaving human shrapnel in the wake.
Leaked Federal Report Concludes That Preserving Freedom of Speech Online Does NOT Cause So-Called 'Hate Crimes'

Breitbart got their hands on an unreleased report that the U.S. Department of Commerce sent to Congress in January which found zero evidence that online free speech causes so-called “hate crimes” —or, translating Orwellian newspeak to English: crimes against those in the upper echelons of the neo-liberal intersectional hierarchy committed by those belonging to lower castes.
But, whatever you want to call it, violence is violence. And one can understand why Breitbart’s sources say they “suspect that bureaucrats and establishment politicians with a vested interest in the “hate crimes” panic are trying to suppress it.” //
But the data from which the report draws this conclusion is so straightforward and compelling that it’s even crazier that no one considered it before
Apple released the first iPhone in 2007. Since then, the gradually increasing ubiquity of smartphones by itself has massively increased the amount of chatting people do online.
Factor in the general increase in internet access and prevalence of email, social media, and a host of other new ways to converse online, and there’s no question that doing so has positively exploded over the past decade.
Yet from 2009 to 2019, federal data indicates that we haven’t seen any concomitant increase in the number of “hate crimes” reported. It’s remained stable despite the vast increase in online speech.
Moreover, the report doesn‘t mention that one would expect ‘hate crime’ numbers to have increased even independently of the explosion of online communication given how much more aware of the concept we’ve become in the last decade. //
But the fact that the numbers reported remained stable during a time of expansive internet growth and markedly raised awareness is about as close to “Boom, QED, Game Over” as you’re going to get.
Finally, this report turns out to be an update of one from 1993 that also drew the very same conclusion. //

Automatic disconnection for TT system is achieved by RCD having a sensitivity of {\displaystyle I{\Delta n}\leq {\frac {50}{R{A}}}} where RA is the resistance of the installation earth electrode
In this system, all exposed-conductive-parts and extraneous-conductive-parts of the installation must be connected to a common earth electrode. The neutral point of the supply system is normally earthed at a point outside the influence area of the installation earth electrode, but need not be so. The impedance of the earth fault loop therefore consists mainly in the two earth electrodes (i.e. the source and installation electrodes) in series, so that the magnitude of the earth fault current is generally too small to operate overcurrent relays or fuses, and the use of a residual current operated device is essential.
This principle of protection is also valid if one common earth electrode only is used, notably in the case of a consumer-type substation within the installation area, where space limitation may impose the adoption of a TN system earthing, but where all other conditions required by the TN system cannot be fulfilled.
They weren’t content to just suspend RSBN for carrying live feed of a former president speaking at a major political gathering (that used to be called “news”), YouTube, which is owned by Alphabet (or Google), also removed most copies of President Trump’s CPAC speech from that platform. //
What is ominous is the omerta that has descended over this action by YouTube. You’d think that major news organizations would have their hair on fire over YouTube deleting content from their YouTube channels. But crickets. //

This sort of manipulation and interference only shows how much weight these monopolies put on the scale of freedom. It’s never going to end until we all band together to stop it.

NEW: YouTube deletes all videos of President Trump’s CPAC speech, suspends RSBN for two weeks //
Developing new platforms is not a solution because if recent history shows us anything at all, it is that Soviet scholar Robert Conquest was right, “Any organization not explicitly right-wing sooner or later becomes left-wing.” If the First Amendment is going to be anything more than an odd artifact, these monstrous conglomerates need to be broken up, and we need to ensure that the people who work there who support this totalitarian behavior never work anywhere again as a lesson to whatever corporations rise from the ashes to never, ever behave this way again.
Interestingly, McEnany didn’t blame Psaki so much as she blamed Joe Biden, according to Fox News and she said that she wished Psaki the best in her job.
McEnany told the hosts at Fox and Friends that because President Donald Trump had so much transparency and she always was able to know where he stood, that she didn’t have to “circle back” because of it.
“I always knew where my boss stood. Unlike other press secretaries who maybe didn’t have walk-in privileges, I could walk in at any time … I always knew where his head was at, so I didn’t have to a ton of circling back because President Trump gave a lot of access to me.” //
She also said that of course that in the Trump Administration that they did “hours and hours of research beforehand, days sometimes.” Which sort of explains her well-organized, extensive briefing book that she could always rely on to have answers to questions. Jen Psaki doesn’t seem to have that same ability or well-researched resource, which is why she often seems left flailing for an answer. //
But it says everything about the difference between Trump and Biden. You always knew how Trump thought and he’d tell you, good, bad or indifferent what he thought about things. But with Biden, you’ll hear only a limited packaged for the PR soundbite and then he’ll do whatever the heck he or the folks behind him want
