“This should be a moment of national pride. But President Trump is stealing that moment of national pride for us, that we did something so well, because he’s tainting it.”
That we did so well? Why it’s almost like Camerota was suggesting she and the MSM helped Biden “win,” huh? [Shocked face emoji.]
Michigan GOP lawmakers are asking the secretary of state to issue a full audit of the general election votes before the state certifies the results.
Shutdown DC, the same group that organized protests to “make sure Trump leaves the White House” by any means necessary after the Nov. 3 election and teaches people how to “punch a Nazi,” is assigning people on its email list to harass lawyers from one of the firms representing the Trump Campaign in election lawsuits. //
The email also brags that “public pressure works” after claiming that another law firm associated with the legal fights in key states, Porter Wright, “announced that they were dropping out of the post-election lawsuit they had filed for Trump in Pennsylvania.”
“Deutsche Bank unveiled a new report Tuesday that said people who choose to work from home should be taxed 5% of their salary, with the revenue generated going to help people who cannot work from home.
“The report states a 5% ‘privilege’ tax could benefit workers who don’t have the opportunity to stay home.” //
This tax is another form of tyranny; a way for the government to dictate how your income can be spent, and to diminish the incentives for making the choice to work on your own. It’s a naked incursion on your economic freedom. //
It also punishes ingenuity and the ability to hustle. Independent work separates the worker bee from the drone. People who have (or want to have) the ability to further themselves, are the ones that think outside the box, and find creative ways to get and keep work on their terms; those that need the structure of time, place, and job description are cut from a different cloth. Both serve and contribute to the economy, and to the community. One should not be penalized for the benefit of the other.
This Privilege Tax, the PRO Act, and S.4378 only serve to reward and codify one model, and eliminate the other.
Mark my words: A Biden-Harris administration will work to restrict any form of business that does not involve Labor Union control, and these bills and proposals are the tools in their arsenal.

Fraud and violations of the election code are two distinct problems, yet there has been little analysis of the latter, which might be more significant. //
Violations of the election code, however, are a different matter, and unfortunately, sometimes the public views election officials’ bending of the rules as a harmless ignoring of technicalities. //
That makes technical violations constitutionally significant because Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 grants state legislatures the ultimate authority to appoint the electors who choose the president: “Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress.” //
So, if the legislative branch mandates voter signatures, or verification of signatures, or internal secrecy sleeves, or counting only in the presences of poll-watchers from each party, it is no answer to say it is a technicality and not fraud at issue. The state legislatures, through the election code, define the validity of votes, and allowing state officials or courts to read those provisions out of the law raises serious questions under Article 2 of the Constitution.
Considering these five facts about the election, it's no wonder Biden failed to achieve a landslide victory — and one might say it's curious that he'd achieve victory at all. //
No incumbent president has ever lost re-election with numbers such as these.
All of these numbers have historically contributed to a victory for an incumbent president. Considering them, it’s no surprise Biden didn’t win in a landslide, but that they did not produce a win for Trump in 2020 is almost unbelievable.
The idea that a senior official would actively lie to the Secretary of State and the President in order to carry out their personal foreign policy is incredible. It shows the degree to which the “interagency process” that deity ferociously fellated by the rotund Alexander Vindman as his excuse for betraying his oath and violating his orders to divulge a presidential conversation to someone not authorized access is actually what sets US foreign policy. That, my friends, is the essence of the Deep State. When people believe that institutional “equities” take precedence over the orders of elected officials, we no longer have a republic. The people that engaged in that activity are not heroes; they are the worst sort of scum who have blood on their hands because they refused to follow the US Constitution.
Notice the common denominator in all those tweets? The assumption by these people is that only persons of color are doing the looting and rioting during the “protests.”
The other assumption is that black, Hispanic, and Asian people have not been victims of violent looting and rioting themselves.
As we’ve seen from the anarchistic riots that have happened in Democrat-run cities like Portland, Seattle, Minneapolis, and others for the last several months, that is most definitely not the case. Black, Hispanic, and Asian-owned businesses have been targeted by “peaceful protesters” of all colors. Black law enforcement officers have specifically been singled out by violent Antifa-BLM rioters, and unfortunately in some instances, some of those officers have either suffered serious injuries or have died while serving in their communities to protect the very people who turn around and “thank” them for their service by injuring or murdering them in cold blood.
So no, there is no nefarious “racist” motivation for DeSantis to try and strengthen laws that will allow innocent law-abiding citizens to better protect themselves, their families, homes, and livelihoods if under dangerous threat from rioters hellbent on whipping up purge-like protest mobs.

➡️Dems egregious conduct, evidenced by sworn statements, is misconduct including ignoring legislative mandates concerning mail-in ballots which amounted to more than 2.6M of the approx 6.75M votes in PA.
➡️PA officials also mailing second unsolicited mail-in ballots to voters

Conclusion: Pennsylvania is irredeemably compromised.
Team Trump asking for an order prohibiting certification of results. //
The discussion about what types of fraud, and how much, is important because it goes to the very heart of election integrity, and our system cannot stand without trust in the outcome. That argument, however, won’t decide the Pennsylvania case from a legal standpoint. It will come down to whether a ministerial appointee of Pennsylvania’s executive branch can work with Pennsylvania’s judicial branch to subvert the expressed will of the legislature, and hastily put in place an election process wherein citizens who chose to vote differently had their votes disparately treated. //
For conservatives, an intellectual challenge now presents itself: If you were OK with the Supreme Court stopping the Florida recount in 2000, you need to prepare yourself to be comfortable with the same court invalidating the Pennsylvania electors. Indeed, you should want them to, whether or not there was underlying direct fraud sufficient enough to affect the outcome. Alternatively, you should start working on your tortuous rationale for why, on constitutional grounds, what was legitimate in 2000 is not legitimate in 2020.
“This disinformation campaign has done its job.”
Journalist and former CEO of The Intercept, Glenn Greenwald launched a well-deserved scorched-earth attack against CNN and other media outlets, top Democrat lawmakers, principally “shameless pathological liar” Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), and current and former members of the intelligence community, for dismissing as “Russian propaganda” the Hunter Biden laptop controversy in the days leading up to the presidential election.
In a piece published on Substack on Thursday, as reported by Fox News, Greenwald began by skewering the “shameless pathological liar,” noting that when Schiff’s mouth is moving, he’s lying. //
“As I noted when I announced my resignation from The Intercept, a major reason I harbored so much cynicism and scorn for their claim that my story on the Hunter Biden emails had failed to meet their high-minded, rigorous editorial and fact-checking scrutiny was because that same publication was just was one of the many anti-Trump news outlets which, in the name of manipulating the outcome of the election on behalf of the Democratic Party, had mindlessly laundered the CIA/Schiff narrative without the slightest adversarial skepticism or, worse, without a whiff of evidence.”
