Meet Ray Epps: The Fed-Protected Provocateur Who Appears To Have Led The Very First 1/6 Attack On The U.S. Capitol //
The story of the mystery man, Ray Epps, featured in Rep. Massie’s video above is in fact far more shocking than even the good Congressman implies in the hearing. It’s a story so strange, and so scandalous at every turn, that it threatens to shatter the entire official narrative of the “Capitol Breach” and expose yet another dimension of proactive federal involvement in the so-called “insurrection” of January 6th.
If Revolver News’s previous reporting points to a proactive role of the federal government in relation to the conspiracy cases against Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, the Ray Epps story that follows suggests a similar, yet more egregious, explicit, direct and immediate degree of federal involvement in the breach of the Capitol itself. //
There is good reason why AG Garland ran from Massie’s question faster than he could find words — and why he couldn’t even keep eye contact as he was dodging Massie’s gaze.
After months of research, Revolver’s investigative reporting team can now reveal that Ray Epps appears to be among the primary orchestrators of the very first breach of the Capitol’s police barricades at 12:50pm on January 6. Epps appears to have led the “breach team” that committed the very first illegal acts on that fateful day. What’s more, Epps and his “breach team” did all their dirty work with 20 minutes still remaining in President Trump’s National Mall speech, and with the vast majority of Trump supporters still 30 minutes away from the Capitol.
Secondly, Revolver also determined, and will prove below, that the the FBI stealthily removed Ray Epps from its Capitol Violence Most Wanted List on July 1, just one day after Revolver exposed the inexplicable and puzzlesome FBI protection of known Epps associate and Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes. July 1 was also just one day after separate New York Times report amplified a glaring, falsifiable lie about Epps’s role in the events of January 6.
Lastly, Ray Epps appears to have worked alongside several individuals — many of them suspiciously unindicted — to carry out a breach of the police barricades that induced a subsequent flood of unsuspecting MAGA protesters to unwittingly trespass on Capitol restricted grounds and place themselves in legal jeopardy. //
In our previous reporting on FBI involvement in the events of January 6th, we have been careful to distinguish the case of “Federal foreknowledge” from that of “Federal incitement.”
The case of “mere” Federal foreknowledge of the so-called “siege on the Capitol” is bad enough, and amounts to a national scandal in its own right. Indeed, if elements of the federal government knew in advance of conspiracies to “siege the Capitol” or otherwise disrupt the Senate proceeding on 1/6, the natural question arises as to why they did nothing to stop it. Given that the government and their allies in the Regime media have framed 1/6 as a 9/11-caliber domestic terror event, the possibility that elements of the federal government knew about it in advance, and yet sat back and let it happen for political purposes, is incredibly damning. This would amount to nothing less than the government conspiring, for the most malicious of political reasons, to falsely cast tens of millions of law-abiding patriotic Americans as domestic terrorists.
Given the magnitude of its implications, it is well worth repeating that federal foreknowledge is a virtual certainty. Just weeks ago the New York Times itself begrudgingly acknowledged the presence of a Proud Boys militia member and informant who was texting his FBI handler thought the entire day on 1/6, as well as several days in advance. The Times notes that the presence of this informant, and likely many more, suggests that “federal law enforcement had a far greater visibility into the assault on the Capitol, even as it was taking place, than was previously known.”
One year after a mysterious hooded figure placed two explosives outside the Republican and Democrat national headquarters, federal investigators, corporate media, and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s Jan. 6 commission are mum about the premeditated act of violence.
What started as “one of the highest-priority investigations for the FBI and the Justice Department,” as noted by The Associated Press, was quickly usurped in the public eye by leftist coverage of the Capitol riot. Instead of focusing on why a suspect was caught on cameras lurking around the RNC and DNC buildings on the evening of Jan. 5, scrutiny of Jan. 6 has largely been focused on blaming Republicans and tens of thousands of peaceful protesters for the actions of hundreds of fools who vandalized the Capitol. //
Yet the lone example of a very clearly premeditated attempt at violence on Jan. 6 has been nearly completely wiped from the memory of the American public. The pipe bombs discovered at the RNC and DNC aren’t mentioned in the press’s “remembrance” coverage of the day, and the federal government has hardly offered any updates on the investigation since releasing footage of the suspect, who was covered head to toe in dark clothing. Even the Jan. 6 commission, which has gone to great lengths to obtain the phone records of private citizens, doesn’t seem interested in pursuing the person behind the explosives. //
This isn’t the first time important information about the events leading up to Jan. 6 has been masked by the media and the government. An explosive report from Revolver published in October detailed how Ray Epps, who was captured on video telling people to go into the Capitol, mysteriously disappeared from the FBI’s Capitol Violence Most Wanted List on July 1.
The FBI had previously plastered pictures of Epps’s face all over its Jan 6. wanted posters. Even The New York Times mentioned Epps’s actions. But Epps was never arrested nor indicted despite hundreds of others who were at the Capitol being charged with trespassing and other crimes.
When Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky later questioned Attorney General Merrick Garland about whether there were government agitators involved in the Capitol riot, the Biden appointee refused to answer.
Republicans are poised to sweep the midterms and wrest back control of both houses of Congress.
But the Democrats’ rulebook was written by Machiavelli, not the Marquess of Queensbury. They are brawlers who use scorched earth tactics to give themselves every electoral advantage. And their principal legal strategist is Marc Elias.
Elias served as general counsel to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and in that role was responsible for the hiring of Fusion GPS, the oppo-research firm that created the infamous “Steele dossier.” The false statements in the dossier were used to smear Donald Trump’s presidential campaign of colluding with the Russian government, and were used to justify the FBI’s spying on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.
After Trump was elected, Democrats used the phony collusion narrative – enthusiastically promoted by the Democrats’ media allies – to sabotage the president’s agenda by subjecting him to a two-year investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller into the allegations of Russian collusion. Trump, of course, was ultimately exonerated by Mueller of collusion.
Elias next worked with the Democratic Party establishment to exploit the COVID-19 pandemic to change state election rules in the run-up to the 2020 election. He was the driving force behind 32 election-related lawsuits in 19 states that sought to overturn state election laws that protected against voter fraud – namely, Elias sought to expand mail-in voting, dilute signature verification and witness requirements, expand ballot harvesting by third parties, eliminate voter ID, and increase the number of ballot drop-box locations.
This year, following as it does the decennial census, Elias is spearheading dozens of legal challenges to various states’ redistricting efforts in an effort to generate Democrat-friendly maps for the next decade.
But these challenges will take years to sort out, and the Democrats are short on time.
Biden’s botched handling of COVID, the economy, the southern border, and the withdrawal from Afghanistan – not to mention his failure to get his legislative agenda across the finish line – doesn’t give Democrats much to run on in 2022.
Unable to meaningfully address the kitchen table issues concerning most voters, the Democrats instead are making the Jan. 6 riot the centerpiece of their campaign. As CNN put it, they are asking voters “to punish Republicans who have either aided Trump’s anti-Democratic maneuvers or stood idly by as his allies took hold of the party” that day.
And that’s where Elias comes in.
In his “prediction for 2022,” Elias tweeted that “before the midterm election, we will have a serious discussion about whether individual Republican House Members are disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment from serving in Congress.” //
Marc E. Elias
@marceelias
I am making clear that members of Congress who engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States are not eligible to serve in Congress.
The fact that this is so triggering to the GOP speaks volumes. https://twitter.com/dangainor/status/1473724106260496392

Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment – also known as the Disqualification Clause – was added to the Fourteenth Amendment to disqualify former government officials who aided the cause of the Confederate states during the Civil War, //
To begin, while Elias’s tweet threatens “litigation” under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, courts don’t have jurisdiction to entertain such challenges. According to legal scholars, that section specifies “qualifications” for Members of Congress and the Senate, but under Article I, section 5, clause 1 of the Constitution, “each House shall be the Judge of the … Qualifications of its own Members.”
As Justice Scalia cogently wrote when he sat on the D.C. Circuit, that provision “states not merely that each House ‘may judge’ these matters, but that each House ‘shall be the Judge.’” Hence, the courts “simply lack jurisdiction” to adjudicate Disqualification Clause contests. //
Non-Justiciable Political Question
Even if courts have the judicial authority to adjudicate Disqualification Clause disputes, however, the question remains whether such power should be exercised.
In Baker v. Carr, the Supreme Court held that where the Constitution assigns an issue to the elected, or political, branches to resolve, the courts should not intrude.
This approach – known as the “political question” doctrine – is rooted in the separation of powers and applies here. //
Perhaps most significantly, ambiguities in the text of the Disqualification Clause call into question whether that clause even applies here.
Primary among them is whether the events of Jan. 6 constituted a “rebellion” or “insurrection” – hyperbolic labels that smack more of yellow journalism than legalistic accuracy. Indeed, of the more than 720 people who were arrested for participating in the events of Jan. 6, none were criminally charged with “Rebellion or Insurrection” under the federal criminal code.

Turns out that within a few days of that, Pelosi and her husband Paul bought millions in call options for Google, Salesforce, Roblox, and Disney stocks.
The Pelosi family’s trades this month include Google and Salesforce call options worth between $500,000 and $1 million each, as well as Roblox call options valued at between $100,000 and $250,000. The duo also bought up between $250,000 and $500,000 in calls for chipmaker Micron Technology and between $100,000 and $250,000 of Disney call options in disclosures that were earlier reported by Congresstrading.com.
Paul Pelosi runs Financial Leasing Services, a real estate and venture capital investment and consulting firm. In recent years he’s made big-money bets on companies his wife is supposed to regulate, including Amazon, Apple, and Google.
The result, which helps explain nearly a century of one party’s political dominance there, was that on Tuesday Evie cast her ballot to reelect the same man who presided over Chicago that scary night when she got mugged on a dark stretch of city sidewalk.
The Wall Street Journal’s Kim Strassel points out how Manchin could torture Schumer and get his way next.
What ought to worry Mr. Schumer is that the West Virginian votes to proceed with the bill and modify it to his liking. The budget-reconciliation process allows a simple majority to pass legislation, but it comes with a price: unlimited amendments. Despite Democrats’ efforts to claim just “one senator” stands against their bill, the actual number is 51—Mr. Manchin and the 50 Republicans. Imagine what fun that majority could have in a vote-a-rama.
Mr. Manchin could craft amendments striking entire entitlements from the bill, amendments barring climate programs, amendments gutting the bill’s tax hikes.
The real reason to push for a large number of donors is math. If someone gives you $999,999 and someone else gives you $1, you can say your average donation is $500,000. That may not sound good, but it sounds a heck of a lot better than one donor giving a million dollars, thereby buying a politician.
All the money comes from a few rich donors, all the money that matters anyway. But that fact has to be obscured, lest people catch on. So the small-dollar donors are courted via email for headcount purposes only. It’s math, basic math, so the ruling class can pretend they aren’t beholden to large corporations and the mega-rich. Deadlines, dollar amounts, and everything else are all for show so you miss what’s really going on.
“So if you’re talking about how we want to have immediate and enduring difference for the workers and families, creating jobs, securing middle-class tax cuts, lowering costs for families, and making the wealthiest pay their fair share, all the while contributing to reducing the national debt.” //
“Did I hear a laugh over there?
“Did I hear a laugh from those who added $2 trillion in tax cuts for the richest people in America, 83% of it going to the top 1%?
“This is paid for and more than paid for.” //
a new study from the prestigious Wharton School of Business destroyed Biden’s nonsensical claim that Build Back Better would not only cost “zero dollars” to America’s taxpayers but also that “zero dollars” would be added to the national debt as a result of BBB. Pelosi’s claims, then — that BBB will “contribute to reducing the national debt,” and second claim that BBB “is paid for and more than paid for” — constitute a demonstrable bald-faced lie.
Here’s a snippet from my article:
The bottom line: The study estimates the net cost of the Build Back Better bill would saddle taxpayers with an extra $2.42 trillion in debt.
The BBB plan is not paid for (as Biden and the Democrats claim); it would increase spending by $1.87 trillion, while increasing revenue by less than $1.56 trillion in the 10-year budget window.
And if all of the programs besides the clean energy credit become permanent, that would increase new spending by $3.98 trillion while revenue would only increase by $1.56 trillion.
Let’s be honest, Democrats.
Joe Biden was elected — I will not relitigate the “stolen election” debate in this article — for one reason: to get rid of Donald Trump. Period. The Democrat Party could have nominated a blind, intellectually disabled squirrel, and the results of the 2020 election would not have changed.
But let’s be clear: No one loves Joe Biden. //

Trump's tweets consumed a few seconds of reading time .
Mocking Bird Media spent the next 24 hours hashing and rehashing them.
Understand "The Method" proposed by Dr Norman Vincent Peale in this book The Power of Positive Thinking, since Trump long ago admitted he was a follower of Dr Peale at a NYC's Marble Collegiate Church.
Then you will understand why Trump cleared the air with his early morning tweets, and then spent the rest of the day accomplishing extraordinary things - promises made, promises kept.
While the hate-media was still mucking and re-mucking his one early morning tweet. All of this was well known well before the 2016 election. Trump has been in the spotlight for decades.

Congressman Fred Keller: Why are women-held positions disproportionately affected by COVID-19?
Inez Stepman: That's a question you should take up with Randi Weingarten
12:39 PM · Oct 21, 2021
Stepman’s response is more than just a mic drop moment. It is a moment of clarity that we need to touting over and over again. The Democrats are trying to fix problems that they created by making more problems which will require more legislation in order to fix the problems that come from the solutions to the problems they made in the first place.
It is utter insanity and hypocrisy and should be called out as such at every opportunity.
The initiative, however, received no recognition from President Biden. One of Musk’s followers on Twitter asked: “The President of the United States has refused to even acknowledge the 4 newest American astronauts who helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars for St. Jude. What’s your theory on why that is?”
“He’s still sleeping,” Musk responded.
The Biden administration’s apparent refusal to acknowledge the mission comes after it snubbed Tesla, which Musk also leads, by not inviting it to an electric vehicle summit — because the firm does not have unionized workers. //
The Democrats turn their backs on Musk for two reasons. For one, many Democrats are radicalized and hate billionaires. They consider their wealth to be an egregious corruption and proof that the capitalist system is evil. They think the billions of Musk and others like Bezos should be taken from them and given to government programs.
The other part of the Democrat party, namely elected officials, don’t like Musk because it’s useful not to. They feel they have to adhere to the first group’s thoughts and feelings and so they turn their back on them. What’s more, they do it because they want to pressure Musk into adopting systems of control that would put him further under their thumb. As Daily Wire reported above, they snubbed Musk first because he’s not using union labor, and union labor and Democrats go hand in hand. //
While Musk is looking up and thinking about how to bring humanity the stars, the Democrats are looking at you and wondering how they can bring you under their rule. They can’t rightly do that if you’re too busy cheering on and wanting to support their enemies.
Democrats are not about the future of humanity, they’re about the future of their rule.

This view of the State über alles is the mainstream view within the Democrat party.
I wish this would get more analysis and reporting but expanding the power and control of the State is now the prime goal of the Democrat party. Obamacare was the most recent step in that direction but the $3.5 T “infrastructure” is a huge leap in that direction.
The Democrats don’t want to govern, they want to rule. The path to the power to rule runs through the welfare state.
When you are dependent on the federal government for food, shelter, health care, education, retirement, child care, and a basic income you are no longer a citizen, you are a subject. Subjects do as they are told and have little to no power over their government.
This is their goal.
Terry McAuliffe: "I don't think parents should be telling schools what they should teach." //.
On what planet should parents not be directly involved in what’s being taught to their children? It is parents who elect schoolboards or elect the officials who appoint them. Kids are not wards of the state, not yet anyway, and it’s jarring to see someone who wants to be governor of a fairly large state pronounce that parents should have no say in whether educators feed their children garbage or not. //
Obviously, this debate is spurned by things like Critical Race Theory and transgender ideology. But even if someone is far-left enough to believe those things are good to teach in schools, it’s a step further to denounce the autonomy that parents have over their own kids.
But this is a symptom of a much larger problem permeating the Democrat Party, both locally and nationally. It is this idea that the state knows all, can provide all, and has a duty to “protect” others from people deemed unclean. //
That’s why McAuliffe said what he said, as politically stupid as it may have been. He truly believes it, and his party truly believes it. They think they can raise your kids better than you can, and they think they have the right to, up to and including crushing parental rights.

No matter what they say, this is a national disgrace. Americans and friendly Afghans will be left behind. The Taliban controlled access to the airport as well as setting the deadline for finishing the mission. Our troops were not allowed to leave the airport to try to find US citizens and loyal Afghans. Okay, we will take them at their word.
This is the greatest “airlift” since the early days of the Cold War. Of course, the Berlin Airlift was FAR more concerned with getting goods in than getting people out. But, no matter...
The reason we’ve had all three —the Cold War, the Berlin Air Lift, and now Biden’s Catastrophe in Kabul is because of the utter incompetence of the leftist worldview...
We EVEN HAD the Cold War because of the likes of Klaus Fuchs, Harry Hopkins and Alger Hiss, who were left in positions of real power —and who were handing atomic secrets to the Russians— during the reign of FDR; and, Roosevelt likely knew this, and did nothing. Roosevelt (a true classical global leftist) had a real man-crush on Stalin and all things totalitarian, and he saw nothing wrong with all the REAL Reds in his midst. If we’d had even a tithe of moderating influence of, say, an Arthur Vandenburg at Yalta, the Iron Curtain would not have likely descended to the degree it did... but, it was polluted with the likes of Edward Stettinius and Bedell Smith, and others that viewed the Russians then as the High Command views China now— strategic partners that might be a bit overbearing, but hey: those Commies get things done, right?
Not to mention: there would have been no NEED for a Berlin Airlift —had Truman been more confident in his atomic Arsenal. We had our vast numerical superiority at the time— the Russians would very likely have backed down anyway. But, again, most of the post-war high command (with the obvious exception of Curtis LeMay) was still enthralled with Papa Joe...
Which leads us to today: Joe Biden is (or, what’s left of Joe Biden) is just fine with 7th Century Primitives using the advanced technology his own countrymen paid for and developed, and that is currently being used by these Islamic barbarians to flay and martyr Americans; he rather likes strongmen and authoritarianism, and has always thought more highly of coercive groups than sovereign individuals. He’s fine if America takes a shot in the neck as long as global coercive collectivism is advanced.
It’s a straight line from FDR to Biden— and both created existential crisis that our valiant air forces had to fix.
[R]acial discrimination is not inherently racist. … The only remedy to racist discrimination is antiracist discrimination. The only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination. The only remedy to present discrimination is future discrimination. – Ibram Kendi, How to Be an Anti-Racist. //
Liberal tv personalities like to accuse conservatives of being obsessed with CRT but what they are obsessed with is avoiding the return of segregation. This principal felt completely comfortable not only segregating her students, but doing it without even bothering to inform parents. That type of woke arrogance is too dangerous to tolerate.
But that is where we are all heading if the progressive left has their way. Joe Biden has repeatedly told us that election integrity reforms in states like Georgia and Texas are like “Jim Crow on steroids.” Yet here is a liberal educator (and presumed Democrat voter) who is literally resurrecting Jim Crow in her school and calling it a “special service.” Democrats are the ones who are going to have us all back in chains if we’re not careful.
On the surface level, it has everything to do with the fact that he’s got a line of women going out the door that are reporting him for sexual misconduct. On the other, an investigation began into an illegal phone call Cuomo made to the Obama White House about Preet Bharara, a U.S. attorney who was investigating corruption in New York.
The latter is definitely shadier as it loops in other prominent Democrats, including Barack Obama in terms of wrongdoing and unethical behavior. //
While it’s all well and good that Cuomo is ousted for one or both of those things, it’s not right that he’s resigning for either of those reasons. //
Andrew Cuomo should be resigning because he killed 15,000 people.
More importantly, this has some very eye-opening implications on what Democrats actually consider important. The fact that he’s not being forced to resign over killing thousands of Americans, but instead something like groping a few women or endangering the Obama administration should send up so many red flags you’d think this was a Chinese communist party rally. To be clear, groping women without their consent is absolutely awful, but I think the deaths of thousands is a far higher crime.
While scouring the bowels of the Internet, I came across some videos by a personality named Hotep God Drelly. A new face for me among individuals I follow, who identify with the Conscious Black Conservative movement. //
All you ngg@s who hate the Republican Party so much, the Republican Party, without bloodshed, is gone be the only way you get out of this sht my n*gg@s! It’s the only way! Conservatives, Libertarians, these are the only people that’s gone save yo’ Black ass!
“You keep on voting Democrat if you want to! I’m telling you—either yo’ ass need to f#ckin’ move, or get that Democrat government out yo’ damn state. Because soon you will not be able to do anything without getting vaccinated.” //
Vaccine passports are a modern-day version of the “freedom papers” that Blacks had to carry around with them pre-civil war in order to have the freedom to travel from the North to the South unmolested. If you saw the movie 12 Years A Slave, you see how well that worked.
What is the difference between “freedom papers” and carrying around proof to prove you have been vaccinated and are not going to infect anyone? Especially since the public and private sector are attempting to attach who is and is not allowed freedoms based on that fact. We already have a black market for fake vaccine passports. Where else will this lead?
This is beyond Orwellian; it’s positively Stalinesque. //
To a greater degree, if you know the history of Black Americans and the government via the medical establishment, from the Tuskegee Experiment to Henrietta Lacks to the CDC study on MMR Vaccines, you would think that if this vaccine is truly in our self-interest, they would be more measured and serious in their approach, as well as acknowledge what has been done wrong in the past, and give us evidence on how this time it will be different.
The vaccine lottery, music ditty, fatty food perks and giveaways tomfoolery is what you do with something that is not that urgent or serious. So, that leads me, and probably other Blacks to believe, that if this vaccine and COVID-19 was as serious as they claim it is, the dissemination of information and access to the vaccines would also be done in a more consequential manner.
No matter what your race, we all know that the COVID-19 response and the vaccine distribution have not been handled seriously, consequentially, or even competently. From the shifting standards, the lies, and the gaslighting done by the Biden administration and the CDC, to the well-paid state health officials and their sleight of hand with testing, actual cases, and actual deaths, they have killed all credibility and all trust. Then there is the fact that the so-called Black leaders in the Democrat Party, from 44th President Barack Obama and his 60th birthday bash with 700 of his closest friends to D.C. Mayor Marxist Muriel Bowser attending a maskless wedding after instituting the mask mandates back into that city, have shown that they are not taking it seriously.
So, why should we?
In more normal times, one might be asking themselves how the CDC and the media keep making all these mistakes? It should be fairly obvious that simply being honest about who is most at risk (age and comorbidities) and then targeting those populations for vaccination is the smart move instead of carpet bombing people with fear and hysterics that only breed distrust.
But we don’t live in normal times. Rather, the panic is the point, and when you start things with that point of view, it all begins to make a lot more sense.
You see, Democrats and their media allies recognize that the 2022 electoral landscape is looking apocalyptic for them. //
The panic they are stoking isn’t meant to earn them new voters. Instead, it’s meant to justify a continuation of emergency orders in a variety of states, many of which include key swing districts that will be decided in 2022.
If the COVID crisis simply doesn’t end, then neither do all the changes to the voting system that allowed mass mail-in voting, drive-thru precincts, and ballot harvesting in 2020 under the guise of an existential emergency. Judges will once again override state laws and the DOJ will use COVID to argue that election integrity laws that return things to normal amount to disenfranchisement. Further, Democrats are acutely aware that Republicans typically vote in person. What better way to suppress that vote than to create enough panic that in-person voting is limited in many key areas?
