perhaps one of the central issues is that there was no hearing in the House, no witnesses or evidence actually presented and so no record of the case from which to work. Which means that the House managers are scrambling all over the place and pulling things out of the hat which aren’t true or are at odds with their stated theory of the case presented in their Article charging “incitement” because of Trump’s Jan. 6 speech. //
according to the Deseret News, what Lee actually said and what was left out from the Democratic presentation was that “Lee said when he later asked Tuberville about the conversation, he got the impression that Trump didn’t know about the chaos going on in the Senate chamber.”
The House managers left out that part, which directly contradicts its narrative that Trump knew about the riot and was relishing it as he was calling to further delay the electoral certification. If true, the House’s timeline argument would lose coherence, if not collapse entirely.
The House repeatedly argued that Trump wanted the riot and then used it to delay the proceedings. Yet, this call occurred “shortly after 2 p.m.” and, according to Lee, Trump did not appear to the senator to be aware of the extent of the chaos. A few minutes later, at 2:38, Trump tweets, “Please support our Capitol Police and Law Enforcement. They are truly on the side of our Country. Stay peaceful!”
“So the whole story line that Donald Trump caused this by his speech has fallen apart due to good law enforcement activity,” he said. “And here’s what I want to know: What did Nancy Pelosi know, and when did she know it? If this was widely known by the FBI and Capitol Hill Police that people were planning to come to Washington before the 6th to create violence, I want to know did she know about that?” he asked.
on the day before Trump would hand over the keys to the Oval Office to Joe Biden, the Washington Post published a detailed report, acknowledging that what happened on January 6th “was not an entirely impulsive outburst of violence.” The piece ran with the headline “Self-styled militia members planned on storming the U.S. Capitol days in advance of Jan. 6 attack, court documents say”:

JUST IN: CNN reports that Federal investigators have indications US Capitol riot may have been pre-planned. //
Yes, our great and hopelessly anti-Trump FBI finally came in promptly to drop this development after the Democrats had set this "remove Trump" train into motion. And of all outlets, CNN was the one to report on it:
Evidence uncovered so far, including weapons and tactics seen on surveillance video, suggests a level of planning that has led investigators to believe the attack on the US Capitol was not just a protest that spiraled out of control, a federal law enforcement official says.
Among the evidence the FBI is examining are indications that some participants at the Trump rally at the Ellipse, outside the White House, left the event early, perhaps to retrieve items to be used in the assault on the Capitol.
A team of investigators and prosecutors are also focused on the command and control aspect of the attack, looking at travel and communications records to determine if they can build a case that is similar to a counterterrorism investigation, the official said.
After citing DC law on incitement and provocation, which was based on a 1969 Supreme Court case, Shapiro pointed out that Trump’s speech fell short of the requirements under DC law:
The president didn’t mention violence on Wednesday, much less provoke or incite it. He said, “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.” //
Another elephant in the room that the Democrats and the media are reluctant to mention is the timeline issue. According to CBS News investigative reporter Catherine Herridge, the first pipe bomb was said to have been found at the RNC around 12:45 as Trump was still giving his speech: //
From that alone, along with the rioter who came prepared with zip ties, we can perhaps glean that the storming of the Capitol was likely pre-planned. In other words, it doesn’t seem likely that random rallygoers were just standing around listening to Trump’s speech and then getting “incited” enough to leave and then make and plant pipe bombs.
The left wants to label what happened at the Capitol as an insurrection because it sounds scary. They
want the average American to believe, through the formulation of a narrative, that there was some existential threat to the very survival of our nation, despite the evidence stating otherwise. Again, was it a violent riot? Yes. Is it justified? No. Should anyone who participated be prosecuted for doing so?
Absolutely. However, we can simultaneously accept those things AND reject the media narrative that it was an organized, Trump-encouraged, Republican-endorsed event. We aren’t asking for much, just the equal application of the standards by which they allowed the left the act for years.
Are they violent rioters? Yes. Stop calling them insurrectionists. It gives them too much credit.

When historians examine the events of Wednesday, January 6, 2021, they will not come to the same politically motivated conclusions that have been bandied about by political hacks, pundits, or other popular propagandists. They will not call the event an insurrection, sedition, or even much of a riot because there are some inconvenient facts that do not support that conclusion. Those facts are based on simple numbers.
The first thing a historian will do is to look at the numbers related to the event, such as the cost of repairing any damage that was done. Those numbers will show the actions of prior recent incidents to be far more costly to fix than what happened on that Wednesday. Court documents will then be examined to see exactly with what crimes were people charged. So far, there have not been any charges of insurrection or sedition. Without supporting court action, a historian will conclude that the accusations were nothing more than political theatre.
Another source of information for historians will be the insurance claims. Records of payments or of declarations of exclusions will be examined to see if any claim by any individual was excluded. Contrary to popular belief, declarations by politicians or media personalities do not determine if an event is legally considered an insurrection. Such determinations require a great deal more and include judicial action.
Death records, specifically “Cause of Death” certificates, will also be scrutinized by future historians. According to the latest information on the event, one unarmed woman was shot and killed from behind by a police officer, three as of yet unnamed individuals died from “medical emergencies” (one of which may have been from being trampled during the panic caused by the tear gas deployed by the Capitol Police) one police officer committed suicide, and a police office suffered a stroke after returning to his desk. The cause of the last death is still under investigation but there have been plenty of unfounded rumors circulated by the media to further their narrative.
Last, historians will examine all video footage of the event along with any written records. Serious research will not stop at a single image to make conclusions. Instead, every image and every video will be closely examined to put the contents into perspective. The clever cropping and framing being used to push narratives will be cast aside. Time stamps on videos will be used to create a timeline of the event. Images and video of other events of the time will be compared to this one to aid in determining what actually happened versus what the propaganda narratives are claiming happened.
Over time, the facts of Wednesday’s events will tell a far different story to future historians from the propaganda and soundbites being pushed around by those pushing a political agenda. One must decide if one is going to be on the side of history or join in the chorus of hyperbole and kabuki political theatre.

Just a reminder that almost every violent BLM/Antifa riot in 2020 was organized on this platform
Dozens of people murdered, cops badly injured, billions of $ in property damage, horrible terrorist attacks like Kenosha
All organized on Twitter. No participants suspended.

Notice the common denominator in all those tweets? The assumption by these people is that only persons of color are doing the looting and rioting during the “protests.”
The other assumption is that black, Hispanic, and Asian people have not been victims of violent looting and rioting themselves.
As we’ve seen from the anarchistic riots that have happened in Democrat-run cities like Portland, Seattle, Minneapolis, and others for the last several months, that is most definitely not the case. Black, Hispanic, and Asian-owned businesses have been targeted by “peaceful protesters” of all colors. Black law enforcement officers have specifically been singled out by violent Antifa-BLM rioters, and unfortunately in some instances, some of those officers have either suffered serious injuries or have died while serving in their communities to protect the very people who turn around and “thank” them for their service by injuring or murdering them in cold blood.
So no, there is no nefarious “racist” motivation for DeSantis to try and strengthen laws that will allow innocent law-abiding citizens to better protect themselves, their families, homes, and livelihoods if under dangerous threat from rioters hellbent on whipping up purge-like protest mobs.
“Our insurance company is finding their way out so they don’t have to pay for all this arson,” Khindri wrote on Car Source’s Go Fund Me fundraising page.
Now, Khindri is working with a lawyer to convince his insurer to cover at least some of the damages, which he estimates to total about $2.5 million.
Khindri did not respond to The Daily Signal’s request for comment on the situation.
However, Khindri told Kenosha News that the city is pressuring him to clean up his lot and remove the burned vehicles.
“He didn’t do this,” John Morrissey, director of Kenosha’s Department of City Inspections, told Kenosha News. “We understand that. But he does have to clean it up.”
But the problem is, Khindri told the newspaper, “if something does go through, the [insurance] adjuster is going to come … to look at the cars” and assess the damage. The adjuster can’t do that if the owners remove the vehicles, he said.
His burned-out dealership “does look bad, but [the city] let it all happen,” Khindri said. “They don’t want to admit it.”
The group then turned to the nearby Abraham Lincoln statue, pulling it to the ground at 8:59 p.m. Spray-painted on the base of the statue was “Dakota 38,” a reference to 38 Dakota men executed after the Dakota-U.S. War of 1862 in the largest mass execution in a single day in American history. (Lincoln commuted the same sentence, handed down by a military tribunal, for 265 others.) //
The rioters continued down Southwest Fifth Avenue where they smashed storefront windows for seven blocks, punishing all those people who checks notes exist.
If there is actually any such thing in a standard revolution, things always kick off with the bottom layer…popular dissatisfaction. We aren’t talking about mere disappointment or even antipathy based on the results of an election or two. We are talking deep-rooted angst that has gotten to the point that a significant part of the population is willing to participate in open revolt against lawful authority. We aren’t anywhere near that point. Without that general popular dissatisfaction, the revolution goes nowhere. Therefore popular, widespread dissatisfaction must be created…out of whole cloth if necessary.
This is exactly what has happened. A series of unfortunate police encounters, the vast majority of which the court system has duly exonerated the officers, has been used as a propaganda campaign to create that dissatisfaction. //
So, where are we at this point? As I’ve stated previously, one thing that isn’t going to happen anytime soon is a Fidel Castro or Daniel Ortega type barreling into DC in a Jeep to take over the government as President Trump boards a plane to begin his exile. The popular sentiment won’t get us to that point in a country where even the poor have cellphones, flat-screen TVs, and air conditioning.
My personal assessment is that intended or not, this recent series of events has served as a sort of Proof of Concept. It has served as such for domestic subversives and foreign actors that might wish to sow hate and discontent here for their own purposes.

Princeton University group studies 3 months of Black Lives Matter protests. Intent is to show they are 'overwhelmingly peaceful.' But report reveals nearly 570 violent demonstrations--riots--in nearly 220 locations spread all across country. http://ow.ly/wY4u50BiSDg
By any study over 91% of the riots were connected to the BLM.
Previously in this series, I introduced a graphic that the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) uses to explain the activities that buildup towards open guerrilla/civil war. Although the activities in the lower levels are not prerequisites for those in the higher ones, there is a definite relationship between the levels. //
Now that we have explored some of the activities and their effects on other activities, let’s move on to another point of analysis, Cui Bono? Who benefits? This is especially important because as I mentioned previously, this isn’t your garden variety revolution with a single leader or even a group of leaders. Although it is possible that one or more of the scrawny pajama boys serving as cannon fodder, actually has visions of being the next El Che’. That’s about as reasonable as Governor Stacey Abrams.
So, back to who benefits. Specifically, which external actors will benefit the most. We’ll discuss internal elements following this piece. To be more accurate, we need to include those who believe they might benefit, even though they might not, or might not as much as they had hoped. We also need to understand that although multiple parties might benefit, that by no means implies that they all have the same objectives. The three major members in that particular category are all state actors with varying levels of overt hostility towards the United States. All three have dreams of hegemony over their area of the world and perhaps beyond. Iran, Russia, and China each have expressed to one degree or another their desire to acquire, or in the case of Russia, to reacquire control over territory not currently their own. Both China and Russia have made overt moves in that regard.
There is an interesting graphic going around on Twitter. It appears to portray the levels and activities of civil uncoupling before open guerrilla warfare breaks out and we have a full-blown revolution happening. Here is the Tweet and the diagram.

You can see the pyramid has multiple levels showing activities that take place before there is an open, armed revolt against the constituted government. /)
Back in the day, I used to teach this at the JFK Special Warfare Center at Fort Bragg. One thing that has stuck with me since that brief time in my life is a very hard truth and its even harder analog. The hard truth is that before the first guerrilla picks up a gun and kills a police officer or Soldier, the revolution or precursors to it, have been going for at least 10 years prior. Of course, the analog to that says that once you’ve defeated the insurgency, killed, captured, or jailed the leaders, there is still a decade or more of work to do to get back to a condition of popularly supported stability.
Over the next few days, we’ll explore the USASOC graphic. We will talk about what is happening and the part these activities play in a successful insurgency. As we all know, You can’t tell the players without a scorecard. To get at that info, we’ll rely on a bit of Latin, cui bono? Who benefits?
There are now reports that the UHaul was rented by Holly Zoller, who is associated with the “Louisville Bail Project.”
A phone call was placed to Zoller and she confirmed that she had, in fact, rented the U-Haul truck in question.
A U-Haul employee provided the receipt which is reflected above, confirming that Zoller was the renter.
Here is Holly Zoller’s page on The Bail Project (TBP) website where she is described as a “Bail Disruptor.” The “Bail Project” is a nationwide group, with listings of dozens of “Bail Disruptors” and other positions among the “Team,” and the Lousiville Bail Project is an affiliate of the national organization.
Another member of the TBP is Delores Canales, previously a Soros Justice Fellow, and the co-founder of California Families Against Solitary Confinement.
