The left operates on its own internal currency and it’s the one currency in the world where the more of it you have the less of a person you are…at least by intent.
Social justice rules the Democrats and it’s a kind of ideology that puts more value on victimhood than it does success, merit, or talent. In fact, the more you have of those three, the worse of a person you are in the eyes of social justice adherents. It’s from this ideological foundation that we get “critical race theory.” //
Democrats are a lot like Wormtongue from The Lord of the Rings trilogy. He whispers lies into the ears of anyone he targets, and sometimes what he says may seem soothing and understanding but really they’re pure poison meant to make you doubt yourself and your own ability. Like the Democrats, he speaks for people, accusing those who resist his agenda of attempting to bring burdens and troubles upon the people he speaks for. Meanwhile, the person he’s poisoning believes what he says and grows as weak and incapable as he tells them they are. //
CRT is an attempt at teaching the black community, specifically children, that they can’t do anything because it will automatically result in failure thanks to the American system. The only way they’ll get anywhere is if they lean heavily into whatever program the Democrats say they should, oddly enough, driving them further into a system that oppresses them.
This is an unbelievable amount of racism that no one is addressing. The left says it’s attempting to help out those who America considers second class, but in truth, it’s Democrats who continue to put them there. They continue to divide races against each other, making them even more incapable of working for a better future.
Telling someone of a certain race that they can’t function without them is racism. Period.
Damore launched a lawsuit against Google that highlighted its culture of ideological exclusion and favoritism based on race and gender, a claim that was later found to be true, proving Damore correct. Google was actually paying women more than men for the same job.
Damore’s crime was pointing out the obvious and true, if not inconvenient to the mainstream narrative. Bobb’s apparent non-crime was accusing an entire race of people of being viscious warmongers.
Google seems to have a very upside-down view on what you can fire people for. State science and you’ll be fired. Be racist against the rite people and you’ll just be relocated to a different part of it.
By this logic, every liberal who has a kid in public school needs to be held accountable for their support of a kindergarten-to-prison pipeline. We hear about it all the time. If you know the system is inherently racist, why are you still participating in it every year? Dear Ellie Kemper last went to a VP Ball in 1999. What’s your excuse?
Give back your car and pick up a bike because the inventor of the combustable engine surely had some problematic views on race and segregation. I’m not sure we can even depend on the bike. Was it invented by a white person? Then it’s probably not a good idea. After all, “whiteness” is inherently evil. The Critical Race Theory hustlers tell us this every day.
black nationalists gathered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, over the weekend to mark the 100-year anniversary of the Black Wall Street Massacre that left 300 people dead in a Tulsa neighborhood once known as “Black Wall Street.”
Among the chants at the National Black Power Convention was this crowd favorite: “Kill everything white in sight,” as reported by BizPac Review. //
”We’re pushing death to white supremacy. Death to capitalism. Death to imperialism. And death to fascism.
“We are pushing an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, a head for a head, and a life for a life. Once they die, we must understand that we can never give them the pain that they gave us.
“So once they get buried … once they are buried, we must bury them, dig them up and kill them again. Bury them. Dig them up. And kill them again.”
The vile rhetoric led to cheers from the crowd. Think that through.
Meet Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood as we all know, murders over 300,000 children in the womb every year.
Of those, the Family Research Council using CDC data reports, 36 percent are Black //
How did we get to this point? It starts with Margaret Sanger and her belief in — nay, active promotion of — eugenics. Her stated desire was the same as a certain well-known Austrian Corporal. According to a number of quotes laid out in, The Strange World of Margaret Sanger’s Birth Control Review: Part I.
Her aim was to prevent the procreation of those she deemed unfit “To Create a Race of Thoroughbreds.”

Something I wrote a few years ago:
Someone asked me to "pass on" a meme about "Assisted Dying Laws" because "it is so easy"! Let's put the "people in pain" out of their misery!
It has ALL happened before! This Eugenics philosophy thing. It sounds so "gentle", this killing. I certainly hope I never become one of these "Lebensunwertes Leben". You don't remember the "Lebensunwertes Leben"? You don't remember the past? Well, you are on the road to repeat it. Because this ALL happened before, the old, the sick, those in "pain"...all became the "Lebensunwertes Leben"...."The Life Unworthy of Life".
The first of the "Lebensunwertes Leben" were the people in pain and the "erbkraken", those with congenital, cognitive, and physical disabilities like the feeble-minded, the epileptic, the schizophrenic, the manic-depressive, the cerebral palsied, those with muscular dystrophy, the deaf, the blind, the weak, and the insane.
Up next, were the degenerate's and the homosexuals.
After that, they came for the idle, the dissident's, and the prisoners.
Then the Roma (Gypsies), the Slavs, and the other peoples of color, had their turn....
....and finally, they came for the Jews.
Yes, all of the above started out as the "Lebensunwertes Leben"...."The Life Unworthy of Life"...who became the "Untermensch", the "Subhuman Creatures", the "Lesser Men", and it all started with the people in pain....so when you "pass this on" because "it's so easy" remember...it has all happened before! We didn't like how it turned out in the 1930's and '40's and we won't like what it turns into now - Gregory Wilson aka audax
We honor God when we acknowledge all members of the human race have equal worth. We dishonor Him when we ascribe certain sins to people based on skin color. //
Critical race theory is the most discussed and debated academic theory in America today. Its advocates believe it is a tool for understanding the pervasiveness of systemic racism ever since the country was founded. Its detractors have called it a Marxist framework that causes racism and teaches people to judge each other based on skin color.
One institution that has been particularly damaged by the spread of critical race theory is American evangelicalism. A recent book entitled “Fault Lines,” by Dr. Voddie Baucham Jr., pastor and dean at the African Christian University, directly addresses the social justice movement and how it threatens the unity of Christian believers. //
A critical social justice worldview is not simply a set of beliefs. It is a way of viewing the world that is built on assumptions about, among other things, humanity, authority, evil, and justice. The theories Baucham presents in “Fault Lines” can be thought of as a stone wall that is supported by an arch. Critical social justice is the keystone theory that holds the arch together and critical race theory is the capstone that sits on top of the wall.
The wall itself is built on four cornerstones: Karl Marx’s conflict theory, Antonio Gramsci’s theory of cultural hegemony, the Frankfurt School’s critical theory, and Derrick Bell’s critical legal studies. These theories, some of which go back more than 150 years, describe society as a struggle between social classes competing for finite resources. The dominant class uses politics, law, and culture to impose norms on society that maintain the status quo and perpetuate societal inequities.
The Christian faith is built on a different foundation. The Bible states Jesus is the chief cornerstone of the church, the collection of genuine believers in the past, present, and future who are described as a holy temple for the Lord.
A Christian worldview uses scripture as the basis for absolute moral truth as well as the standard by which good, evil, equity, and justice are defined. Critical race theory sees oppression based on skin color as society’s main problem and the transformation of structures and systems as solutions. The scriptures, by contrast, see sin as humanity’s main problem and faith in Jesus Christ as the only solution. The tension between these two competing worldviews is a central theme of the book. //
“Fault Lines” shows that the weapons Christians need for this ideological battle are spiritual, not physical. Christians should be a shining example to the rest of the world of what it looks like to have unity across ethnicity, tribe, and nation.
We honor God when we acknowledge all members of the human race have equal dignity and worth. We dishonor Him when we ascribe certain sins to people based on ancestry and mistreat others because of their skin color.
The sin of racism, whether expressed through ethnic hatred or partiality, is a problem of the human heart. Its solution is the gospel of Jesus Christ, not the work of antiracism.
In an interview in 2018, the economist Thomas Sowell had a concise answer when podcaster and commentator Dave Rubin asked what awakened him to the failures of Marxism, an ideology he had espoused in his youth.
“Facts!” Sowell replied.
In his decadeslong career, Sowell’s commitment to the facts at the expense of popular approval and, sometimes, career advancement has captured audiences young and old, black and white, rich and poor.
But Sowell isn’t much concerned with his fame, even if it is an encouraging indicator of how well his ideas have been received. //
To be a conservative who is black is to expose oneself to undue amounts of absurd criticism, and Sowell’s experience was no exception.
Riley writes that Sowell and the late economist Walter Williams, a protegee and friend of Sowell’s, used to joke that “they never flew together, because if the plane went down there would be no black conservatives left.”
But Sowell had “felt the pain and humiliation of racism firsthand throughout his life,” and “needed no lectures from anyone on the evils of Jim Crow,” Riley writes.
For instance, many claimed that Sowell’s book “Ethnic America: A History” argued that discrimination against blacks did not exist. But Sowell actually was arguing that “discrimination alone was an insufficient explanation of social inequality.”
Sowell, a senior fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution since 1980, certainly was not a pawn of white economists, even the ones he admired and learned from.
Milton Friedman, a friend and mentor, said that Sowell “has a mind of his own, insists on making it up for himself, and on getting the evidence necessary to form a valid judgment.” In fact, Sowell saw his views on racial matters as entirely in line with that of black civil rights leaders of the past.
“If anything,” Riley writes, “Sowell’s analyses are in the tradition of his fellow black forebearers, not his white contemporaries.” Black leaders of the past such as Frederick Douglass and Booker T. Washington, he writes, “shared Sowell’s deep skepticism of government benevolence and the lowering of standards to facilitate black advancement.”
The New Democrat Response to the Surge in Anti-Semitic Attacks Will Have You Face-Palming – RedState
There’s no way this was a coincidence, right down to all of them making sure to put “antisemitic” first in the list before shifting to claims of bigotry against Muslims. This equivocation is just disgusting and it’s obviously purposeful. Jews are being beaten in the streets from New York to Berlin. I haven’t seen a single case of a pro-Palestinian protester being physically harmed, at least not in a fight they didn’t themselves start.
Where is this vast rise of Islamaphobia being cited by these Democrats? It simply doesn’t exist, but because people like Ayanna Pressley and Cori Bush see Jews as oppressors and Muslims as victims, their intersectional dogma demands they couch their criticism of antisemitism with false claims of Islamophobia. It’s a cynical game that should be called what it is, which is antisemitism in and of itself. //
Now, these same people are trying to pretend that the recent, massive spike in antisemitism is somehow correlated with a rise in Islamophobia. It’s absolute nonsense, and it’s simply another attempt to marginalize the real victims that we are seeing in the streets. This stuff is not just politically gross, it’s also morally gross.
Lastly, this shows the true rot of the social justice movement. Because its adherents are so invested in faux hierarchies of power, they can’t even be counted on to call out blatant antisemitism without having to include their other pet concerns. To just call out antisemitism would enrage their base, and they can’t have that. Thus, you get this disgusting display.
So, yet again, America, Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. has once again saved us from ourselves. I mean, one look at the declared purpose of the 1776 undertaking by commissioners tells you all you need to know about these very dangerous people:
“The declared purpose of the President’s Advisory 1776 Commission is to ‘enable a rising generation to understand the history and principles of the founding of the United States in 1776 and to strive to form a more perfect Union.
“This requires a restoration of American education, which can only be grounded on a history of those principles that is ‘accurate, honest, unifying, inspiring, and ennobling.
“And a rediscovery of our shared identity rooted in our founding principles is the path to a renewed American unity and a confident American future.” //
As reported by The Washington Examiner on Friday, the education advisory commission will resume operations, despite being disbanded by Biden — with the added objective of undermining the insanity of critical race theory now metastasizing in schools across America.
The 1776 Commission is scheduled to convene on Monday in Washington on the annex campus of Hillsdale College to plot its next steps. An agenda for the private meeting, which is closed to the media, was not available.
But in an interview with the Washington Examiner, Matthew Spalding, the 1776 Commission’s executive director, said the group sees a major role for itself in the explosive debate over the teaching of the history of the United States in public and private schools.
The battle lines are clearly drawn.
On one side, “traditionalists,” as described by the Examiner, who believe in de-emphasizing race and ethnicity. Spalding told the Examiner the commission doesn’t intend to “whitewash” America’s history slavery and racism, but wants to promote a curriculum that defines “racial equality” as an American “tenet”: — “the founding creed of the Declaration of Independence: all men are created equal” — and Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream of a colorblind nation.
On the other side, critical race theory — the “decades-old academic study of U.S. history, more prevalent recently,” argues that racism remains deeply embedded in all aspects of American life. According to CRT, the only way to “unravel this systemic racism and bring about a just society” is for institutions, public and private, to place race and ethnicity at the center of policymaking, hiring, and how people are treated generally. //
Spalding then pointed to the obvious, unintentionally — meaning he precisely described the objective as an intended part of his comment.
“Current arguments about identity politics and critical race theory that … present themselves as merely responding to perceptions of their current assessment of American society, but do so by introducing as their principle that we should look at people based on the color of their skin, strikes us as a fundamental denial of the idea that all men are created equal.
“And that’s a problem for politics. That’s a problem intellectually and historically.”
CRT “teaches” — indoctrinates — that all “men” are not created equal. On the contrary, CRT contends that “white people” are born “racist,” and there is nothing “white people” can do about it, other than spend the entirety of their lives atoning for their “whiteness” and apologizing to “black people” for being “racist.” //

Critical Race Theory is evil. The people who came up with it, are evil. The people who teach it, are evil. The people who believe in it or practice it, are evil. The people who enable it or defend it in any way, shape or form, are evil.
There should be no compromise with these people. You should call them evil to their faces with zero hesitation.
Again, they're not wrong; they are evil.
The elephant in the room here is that the violent crimes against Asian-Americans are not just committed by white supremacists. They’re also committed by black people and to a significant degree, as Asian-American writer Ying Ma noted here in a recent piece:
In 2018, when neither ordinary people nor Trump had heard of the coronavirus, blacks committed more hate crimes against Asians more than any other race, according to national hate crime statistics compiled by the Justice Department. Figures for 2020 are not yet available.

On this Armed Forces Day, with a goal to inform and educate American citizens and to protect every member of the US Armed Forces serving the Republic, we are exposing the very dangerous initiative hatched by Biden/Harris/Obama to the American Citizens, that is destroying the “Combat Effectiveness” of the US armed forces. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin hired a radical DOD extremist czar and fellow graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point, Bishop Garrison, to search for and oust so-called extremists from the US armed forces. Bishop Garrison’s official title is “Senior Advisor to The Secretary of Defense on Human Capital and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.” Garrison will oversee the implementation of immediate actions required to combat “patriot extremism, as well as the development of the mid-term and long-term recommendations for the continued engagement to combat future patriot extremism in the ranks.
Garrison is a racist activist who believes in and provides support for the racist principles of the 1619 Project, which is based on outright lies that never actually occurred in American history. He is implementing a very sinister and extremely dangerous initiative in the US Armed Forces, by force-feeding Critical Race Theory into the entire US Armed Forces, which is degrading the combat effectiveness and unit cohesion of the US military. The Obama regime screened inept woke Superintendents at West Point and the US Naval Academy have been inserting Critical Race Theory, politics, and racism into the curriculum of those Service Academies, to the detriment of unit cohesion, comradery, and morale in the Long Gray Line and in The Brigade of Midshipmen.
Bishop Garrison has repeatedly stated that anyone in the US Armed Forces who supported President Donald J. Trump is a racist and must be purged from the US military. Garrison does not see Army Green; instead, he only sees “race,” unlike every recruit trained in the US Army over the last 80 years who have been taught that there is only one color in the US Army (Army Green). Garrison is only searching for MAGA Red and is determined to get all of those supporters of President Trump out of the US military. That is a flagrant violation of the civil rights of every member of the US Armed Forces, but Secretary Austin has given Garrison free range to hunt out and eliminate career opportunities for any patriot supporter of President Trump. //
this is a racist quest by Bishop Garrison which was started by Obama in 2008 with EO 13583. It is being driven forward by the Marxists, socialists, and the Biden/Harris/Obama administration to purge the US Armed Forces of patriotic Americans and destroy the military readiness, combat effectiveness, and unit cohesion of the US armed forces while eliminating any support for the principles that The Founding Fathers laid out in the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution, and the Bill of Rights while substituting the racist principles of the 1619 Project.

She just ALL lives mattered Black lives matter. Where are the Black liberals to stop her?
Where are they to tell her that her fight is her fight.?
It was never about black lives.
That simple fact is something that’s haunted the Black Lives Matter movement throughout its existence. When it first came about in 2016, it did so just as the 2016 elections were coming into full swing. The timing seemed awfully convenient giving us the first clue that this new civil rights movement wasn’t so much about the well-being of the black community and more about politics.
Unsurprisingly, all the issues surrounding the black community were highlighted within the BLM movement but very rarely was a solution ever settled upon for these issues. In fact, their real interest seemed to be reacting to problems rather than solving them. Solving them, and working with others, would eliminate the need for the BLM movement. //
“We don’t sit on panels with law enforcement, and we don’t have BBQs or cookouts with law enforcement,” she said. “We feel the best method at this point in history is by holding police accountable by organizing and advocating for police accountability.”
They want to react to problems not solve them.
After the election, Black Lives Matter largely disappeared and it wasn’t brought up a lot by the Democrat politicians that backed the group at every photo-op and media interview. //
Fast forward to the 2020 elections and suddenly the BLM movement was back after the death of George Floyd, but as many knew from the very beginning, Floyd was just the excuse, not the cause of the reemergence of Black Lives Matter. The real cause lay in the fact that Donald Trump needed to be defeated, and the left needed a way to paint Republicans, Trump, and the entirety of America as racist.
What followed was a summer of destruction, death, and unending, fawning media coverage. Every burning store and assaulted person, every death and crime from minor to major were excused, defended, and sometimes even applauded by people on your television screens.
Black Lives Matter became the most popular political party in our nation. //
It was a full-on mainstream frenzy…
…and then Joe Biden was elected.
The quest to get Trump out of office was successful. What’s more, the “trained-Marxist” leaders like Cullors had made their money. //
BLM could be tucked away for another day. The frenzy can now settle. The last thing Democrats need is the BLM movement going nuts on their watch.
Politicians can now go back to ignoring it, BLM leaders can rest in their expensive homes till the next time it’s needed, and they can even paint over the words on the road in DC.
The black people of America were once again used by Democrats. None of the problems it faced were solved and were likely only made worse as burned businesses and dead family members are the real legacy it left behind. In a number of years, it will likely resurface when a Republican is threatening the Democrat party’s power and the process will begin again with more ruin and dead in its wake, accompanied by the applause of the left as they rake in power and money.
Meanwhile, black people will suffer the most from it.
It was never about black lives.
Girl Who Killed DC Area Uber Eats Driver Pleads Guilty, Literally Gets Away With Murder
By Scott Hounsell | May 11, 2021 2:45 PM ET
Credit: @Mrtdogg/Twitter
In March the country was shocked as it watched two teenage girls attempt to carjack an Uber Eats driver in the DC area, which ended in the death of 66-year-old Mohammad Anwar, an immigrant from Pakistan. The video, which we originally reported on here, is graphic in the detail and shows the girls speeding off in Anwar’s car, Anwar still stuck in the door attempting to wrestle control of the vehicle away from the two girls. The vehicle then crashes at the end of the block, rolling onto its side. The girls are seen climbing out of the passenger side of the vehicle. One of the girls was more concerned about finding her phone, which was lost in the accident, than the welfare of Anwar, whose mangled body is seen lying lifeless near the front of a building.
According to WTOP, the 15-year-old girl pled guilty to felony murder on May 5th and now awaits sentencing on June 4th. The other girl in the car at the time, who is just 13, is scheduled for a hearing next week. As alluded to in our previous reports, the harshest sentence she faces is less than 3 years in a juvenile detention facility.
During a time when the left has been talking about the way that the criminal justice system “victimizes” minorities, little is being said about this case, which is among the most clear-cut cases of murder in a long while. When cases like the Ohio officer who shot Ma’Khia Bryant are being debated and people are questioning whether or not use-of-force was necessary despite clear video evidence of Bryant attempting to stab another girl, it is shocking the left is so silent about this case. Could it be that it doesn’t match their narrative?
Of course, if the suspect in the killing of a Pakistani immigrant were a white 15-year-old boy, the media would be having a field day and the left would be demanding the suspect not only be charged, but spend the rest of his life behind bars. Most certainly, they would be demanding that the boy be charged with a hate crime. Yet, here we are, simply changing the ethnicity and gender of the person, and the left is nothing but the sound of pins dropping.
Not only that, they seem to be defending these girls. The Mayor of DC, instead of demanding justice for Anwar and his family, decided that it was a better time to hold a PSA regarding how to avoid being carjacked. Of course, this doesn’t include arresting carjackers and holding them accountable. The acting police chief of DC stated that he didn’t think that the two girls, who were certainly adult enough to commit a felony, were not adult enough to be charged as such. Fox’s resident leftist apologist, Juan Williams likened the girls’ actions as a “joy ride” that “went wrong.” Yahoo’s then-White House Correspondent, Hunter Walker, had the garbage-iest of takes when he said that the right was simply trying to use Anwar’s death as a means of sparking criticism of blacks.
No matter how anyone looks at this, it is a tragedy. To somehow attempt to excuse these girls in a way that would be different from a white male of the same age, is downright sickening. As Dr. King dreamt that people would not be judged “by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character,” the left seems to think that everything must be judged according to what they define to be fair, which almost inevitably comes down to race, gender, or sexual preferences.
I am sure Mohammad Anwar’s family doesn’t care who committed his murder. What they want is justice, and it was totally denied in this case. //

What has been borne upon a cross of wood will not be charged again to any who bows at the feet of the one who bore it. But, for the one who does not bow, these words remain: Vengeance is mine, I shall repay, says the Lord. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. So let us all flee to the hands that were pierced, lest we fall into them unaware.
If America is indeed plagued with a “systemic racism” problem as the above continually attest, then a few obvious questions are in order for each of them:
How was Kamala Harris elected first as a US senator in California and then vice president of the US?
How did James Clyburn, who was the eldest son of an activist, fundamentalist minister in Sumter, South Carolina, rise to become the third-ranking Democrat in the US House of Representatives?
How did Hakeem Jeffries, born in Brooklyn and “a product of New York City’s public school system,” become the House Democrat Caucus Chairman?
How was Jamaal Bowman, who spent his early years in public housing and later in rent-controlled apartments in New York City, elected to Congress?
How was Muriel Bowser, the youngest of six children raised in northeast Washington, elected as the DC mayor?
How was Keith Ellison elected to the US House of Representatives, served as the Deputy Chairman of the Democrat National Committee, and elected as the Minnesota attorney general?
How did the high school graduate Lebron James achieve a net worth of $500 million while earning $100 million per year, including lucrative endorsement deals?
How did Maxine Waters, who was raised by a single mother from the age of two in St. Louis and Los Angeles, become the Chair of the House Financial Services Committee? //
Bob Woodson, a former civil rights and community activist and founder of the National Center for Neighborhood Enterprise (NCNE) had the race-mongers pegged in an interview with Laura Ingraham:
“These people are worse than bigots,” he said. “I know what bigotry looks like, but I also know what treason looks like. And what they’re doing to Black America, in terms of pushing this false racial narrative, to me amounts to treasonous behavior against them.”
Host Laura Ingraham responded that Democrats rely on claims of “systemic” racism to shift focus away from their otherwise “ruinous” policies
“I think it’s a deflection away are their personal responsibility,” replied Woodson. “If racism were that pervasive, the question is, ‘Why in the last 50 years are low-income Blacks failing in systems run by their own people?’
“And now the police are being thrown under the bus as an extension of White supremacy, and again, it presents a convenient excuse for why their policies are not working. It’s really to conceal their incompetence, but they’re also weaponizing race and using it for political purpose at the expense of low-income Blacks. And they’re ignoring real remedies.”

Can we talk about how absurd it is that a Democrat called Tim Scott an "oreo" and the national press aren't even mentioning it, but when some random college student makes an OK sign, it becomes a 48-hour news cycle?
That can’t be your name!” she screamed from the cheap seats to another person who literally has that name on their birth certificate.
What you are witnessing is racism by people who claim to be “anti-racist.” They are putting forth the proposition that one can’t be representative of their race if they don’t have a name that sounds traditionally ethnic. Notice the absolute obsession with everyone except who the person actually is as, you know, a person. Racism repackaged is still racism.
What’s even more absurd is how far this strays from other left-wing ideologies. //
Scott Hounsell
@Hounsizzle
For people who think that you can choose your gender, 31 flavors of sexual preference, and all the 75,000 other social imperatives the left pushes, they are really concerned about @NikkiHaley's actual name.
DeSantis’ over-arching point is that such claims of systemic racism are used as a political catch-all, whereby literally everything someone on the left doesn’t like is relegated to some form of systemic racism. That then gives them license to destroy the system instead of just dealing with whatever bad apples may emerge. Thus, the comparison to Marxism is profound and relevant, especially considering that many of those same people self-identify as Marxists.
The real goal of Black Lives Matter and the myriad of other social justice activists out there is not to stop supposed examples of racism (note that even Derek Chauvin was never found to have had racist intentions). Rather, by their own admission, it’s to tear down the system as it exists and rebuild it in a more “equitable” fashion. But forcing equity via the heavy hand of government is, in and of itself, discrimination, because it throws out individual choices and performance in favor of defining people by their immutable characteristics. That’s racism. //

Bonchie,
I think a more succinct way of explaining the Marxist underpinnings of Critical Race Theory is to note that like "traditional" economic class-based Marxism, CRT posits a zero-sum struggle between groups of people, in its case, based upon racial or other biomarker identities (e.g., gender / sex). Individuals do not exist except insofar as they are members of a group -- and that group is either oppressed or oppressor. CRT is simply a Cultural Marxism.
Unlike other Marxism ideologies and movements that were economic power-based but included a cultural element -- most famously, the Maoist Cultural Revolution and, even more extreme, the Khmer Rouge -- CRT is a uniquely American Marxism. That's because it sidesteps the actual issue of excessive concentration of wealth and power by the overclass (except insofar as the overclass is white) and focuses on culture and racism -- via the "systemic racism" struggle between groups.
This is how multimillionaire Blacks such as the Obamas, LeBron James, and Oprah are, ipso facto, oppressed and a working class white living in a trailer park in Appalachia is the oppressor.
It is getting extra traction in America because corporate oligarchy has discovered the usefulness (at least short-to-medium term) of CRT because, as a Cultural Marxism, it really doesn't upset the highly imbalanced economic system but keeps it in place by keeping the population at war with itself.
It is a profoundly immoral and, operationally, a violent philosophy, but that's the inherent nature of Marxism in whatever form the "struggle" takes.
Facts, truth, reality itself are all subservient to the ideology and its zero-sum struggle. Needless to say, it is a profoundly illiberal philosophy. But young people with no real prospects in society and addicted to social media love it because of its all-embracing explanation of reality and good-versus-evil struggle it posits. Every Marxist movement has been like that.
The tragedy of the Obama presidency was rather than healing America's traditional racial divide, Obama made it acceptable for anyone who had one drop of "BIPOC" blood in them to claim the mantle of oppressed victimhood no matter their actual station or situation in life. //

Marxism is not about creating a more equitable system; far from it.
Each of us is bestowed with different skill sets. In Capitalism, the best in each field rise to the top, with the rest taking spots on the lower rungs.
For some though, their best if not only skill is the ability to take. Most are just common criminals, but under Marxism the “best” rise to the top by inflaming passions and pitting several groups against one. Until there is only one.
Marxists can’t compete in The Marketplace of Ideas, but they can surely surf the wave of revolution. THIS is why the Marxist Revolution never ends. //

I like what you wrote. They don't want to acknowledge the individual because then they may have to acknowledge individual rights. These schemes are the antithesis of individual rights. The individual has no rights under these schemes. Its totally un American and really as you say immoral. Its evil on its face. When people fail, instead of looking inward and making changes to improve, they can claim victim status and blame some oppressor. //

For Republicans to be brave, they're going to have to care more about being right than about being liked. //

And they need to say over and over: Rep. Lincoln freed the slaves and made them full citizens under the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments, Rep. Eisenhower sent NG to desegregate Southern schools, and the 1964 Civil Rights Act comes from a 1957 Eisenhower bill that was defeated by sens. JFK, Johnson, and Al Gore's dad.
As we previously reported, Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) was subjected to a barrage of racist abuse posted on Twitter from so-called “tolerant” leftists after he gave the Republican response to President Biden’s first address to a joint session of Congress Wednesday night.
Not only were vile comments like “token black Republican” spewed, but the offensive term “Uncle Tim” (crafted for Scott out of the racist slur “Uncle Tom”) trended for roughly 11 hours overnight before Twitter finally found the time to block it from the trending column.
But if you only read the Washington Post’s “report” on the left’s reactions to Scott’s speech, you would never know how despicable and ugly the reactions actually got. //

“There is another class of coloured people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs — partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs.”

BTW when the NAACP was formed, CP was the respectful term - a pass on the organization's name is appropriate.
It is the intent of the legislature that administrators, faculty members, other employees, and students at public schools, including public charter schools and institutions of higher education, respect the dignity of others, acknowledge the right of others to express differing opinions, and foster and defend intellectual honesty, freedom of inquiry and instruction, and freedom of speech and association.
The Idaho legislature finds that tenets outlined in subsection (3)(a) of this section, often found in “critical race theory,” undermine the objectives outlined in subsection (1) of this section and exacerbate and inflame divisions on the basis of sex, race, ethnicity, religion, color, national origin, or other criteria in ways contrary to the unity of the nation and the well-being of the state of Idaho and its citizens.
Paragraph A
No public institution of higher education, school district, or public school, including a public charter school, shall direct or otherwise compel students to personally affirm, adopt, or adhere to any of the following tenets:
- That any sex, race, ethnicity, religion, color, or national origin is inherently superior or inferior
- That individuals should be adversely treated on the basis of their sex, race, ethnicity, religion, color, or national origin
- That individuals, by virtue of sex, race, ethnicity, religion, color, or national origin, are inherently responsible for actions committed in the past by other members of the same sex, race, ethnicity, religion, color, or national origin
No distinction or classification of students shall be made on account of race or color.
No course of instruction or unit of study directing or otherwise compelling students to personally affirm, adopt, or adhere to any of the tenets identified in paragraph (a) of this subsection shall be used or introduced in any institution of higher education, any school district, or any public school, including a public charter school.
*Nothing in this section should be construed to prohibit the required collection or reporting of demographic data by public schools public institutions of higher education.
